Cancellieri (former Mancini's assistant): "Mancio will take Touré. With two other new players he can win Scudetto"
Interviewed by TMW Radio, the former Mancini's assistant at Manchester City Carlo Cancellieri spoke about the coach: "Together we had joys to 90% and a pain in the end. For Mancini at Manchester City I was in charge of drawing up reports on the opponents and any players to be tested before buying. He is one who has a great vision on the matter, he can identify good elements". But how Mancini is off the field? "Beyond the first impressive appearance and his particular character, he is a good and generous man, and in football it's not always easy to be. He can make shared or not choices, but is worth of a team like Inter of which I became a football fan".
Which players he thought they could become champions but then Mancini refused: "I reported at the Inter time Gonzalo Higuain, but he preferred other players. Of course, to talk about today is easy. Today I'd take Saul Niguez of Atletico Madrid, an exceptional player. I would take again Zlatan Ibrahimovic, because he is one that is able to make a difference". Cancellieri is one who well knows Yaya Touré, and about the possibility of coming to Inter he adds: "This year will go away from Manchester City and he is to be taken at all costs. Inter need a quality midfielder and he is absolutely ideal, as it would be Lucas Biglia. On him I bet my house and if with him come to Inter other two players the Nerazzurri can win the title next year because the team is already strong; Mancini might win the Tim Cup this year but he couldn't for a pittance in the final. Mancini is a good coach, he made mistakes but he have a great knowledge of football and he knows what to do. I am convinced that he will take Touré, and with him Inter could be closer to Juventus. Then Piero Ausilio is one of the most talented sport director outstanding and then there's Javier Zanetti, who is an extraordinary person. Inter next year have everything to win, it will be difficult but I'll hope".
Moreover, Inter have already excellent defenders: "Joao Miranda was a Mancini's stroke, I was fixed with Diego Godin but the Brazilian did extremely well; Jeison Murillo played a great championship. Samir Handanovic out? If I know Roberto well, he is fixed on Asmir Begovic, who is very strong. But the Slovenian is among the best goalkeepers in this league".

Manchester United have held regular talks over the possible signing of Marseille midfielder Lassana Diarra. The Red Devils want to bring the former Arsenal and Chelsea man back to the Premier League this summer. Diarra has hinted he is on his way out of Marseille and looks a useful potential buy for Uniteds midfield needs. Inter, PSG and Tottenham are alternative options.

10 years of FIFWe are going to scout Marlo's Moreno of Colombia/Atletico Nacional tonight in Copa Lib. He has been playing like shit recently but hope Inter being there motivates him. Inter e Tonny Vilhena, Feyenoord's Dutch midfielder (1995) have had yet another meeting. During the meeting, according to gianlucadimarzio.com, Inter are reported to have offered 800 thousand Euro plus bonuses for the next five years, giving the young Dutch midfielder seven days to give a definitive answer. The players seems keen to join Inter, however both the agents and Vilhena's father are looking for a higher wage and agent fees.

I know many will disagree with my reasoning but EPL and Serie A are way different,in Italy you still can be good with a slower pace than in open space fast paced EPL.He lost his pace I know but he still has a class touche and overall classy moves in him...
We need an experienced leader tbh,like Rube have in Buffon and Barzagli or Napoli in Higuain or Roma do in Totti and DDR...
also Roma's Keita,Toni,Klose,Di Natale who are older than Toure and did well in this league...
Who is our leader on the pitch?! Handa who is a GK?!He is great but he isn't a leader like Buffon,Miranda is our df leader yes but he is a quite guy as well not rly a leader tbh and many have said that Miranda will be the second Vidic and it isn't the case,Icardi is a kid and not rly a leader type...We need a Cuchu type player who shouts on the pitch and gives orders...
maybe Toure could do that here again...he is still Toure tbh.
however not at the dispense of Kondo or Brozo...
However if Banega comes,Toure to the regista role?!He has no more pace to do defensive work but it worked well for Rube and Pirlo so I dunno...

I normally prefer younger players but we have already Brozo and Kondo who are young...and youngsters can't be leaders as they lack the experience...

I dont want him because we will have Brozo, Banega and Yaya and again Mancini will makes 1000 changes during the season just to keep players happy like this season... we need trio like Kdog, Biglia and Banega to start every game to make our middle look like real middle not like our creative specially to back ball to CBs

Inter have a strategy about Tommy Vilhena. Ausilio offered a 5 years contract to euro 750/800.000, because the Dutch midfielder is not a priority and the Nerazzurri would loan him to another serie A club. But with a higher salary it would be difficult to find a place for him. This week Vilhena will discuss with Feyenoord too.

Ops Iam sorry i made mistake, and edit post, Biglia is first choise for Melo place, I too smell Diarra is REAL target for us and our "money"! Also OM wants Juan and I smell exchange soon to happen! L. Diarra is good player and also can fit well in Mancini rotation tactic!
