We're being linked with Pedro again. Honestly, for the right price i dont mind having pedro. He proved himself in every stage. For barcelona scoring in big games and once a key player in their champions league winning team. He proved himself with the spanish national team aswell. His lack of game time definetly isnt because the guy is declining. Just look at the barcelona forward line and the havoc they wreaked in the league and champions league. I would certainly go for hin over perisic and salah.

The only player i would prefer over pedro from the ones we're linked with is Jovetic but hes so suspect to njuries.

I think Pedro is a reliable player who is good at everything, but I think we need a player with a little or a lot more X-factor. Especially for Icardi who doesn't exactly create his own chances very often

I don't know about Jovetic, but going from Dybala & Fekir to Salah & Perisic sounds quite logical... maybe the coach has made it clear that his priority is a winger and not a support striker?

The quality drop could be due to availability (of wingers) and budget constraints. When we were chasing Dybala, we hadn't committed €50m on Kondogbia & Miranda.

I don't know, if that the case we're putting way too much faith in Salah's measly 912 minutes played last season and Perišić is total garbage, it would actually be an immensely better choice to not sign anyone than sign Perišić, because we would have wasted €15M that could have been used to actually improve the team and looking to offload a player no one wants again, like it has happened so many times in the past few seasons.

Again Perotti, Bellarabi and Nolito are much better choices than Salah. And literally anything is better than Perišić, even getting Álvarez back, as terrible as that may be, would still be a lot better than getting Perišić.

Explain how I twisted your words. You even reiterated your statement.

Twisting your words would be going into a long drawn out post claiming you think Alvarez is a top player simply because you mentioned his name in relation to Perisic....now where have we seen that before?

Mirror has just posted that Erik Lamela is on the market. Tottenham intends to offload him this summer and are in talks with at least one Italian club. They say its Juve but maybe its time to forget Salah, Perišić and turn to Lamela.
