Calleri is a good prospect, but he's being badly advised and some strange moves are being conducted in his name. He's "officially" been sold to a little known Uruguay team and is being "loaned" to Sao Paulo. It's a joke.

A young player like him should be tripping over themselves to join a club like Inter, but he's being manipulated and his father appears to be the biggest manipulator.

Young players sell their "futures" away to 3rd party funds for a few quick bucks, and if they make it big, that comes back to haunt them. Funds don't care who they are selling the player to, they only care about their profits. Hence you see some really dodgy complicated transfers which don't make any sense.

FIFA should do something about this shite which is ruining football specially in South America, but I fear these dodgy funds have something FIFA likes more than football... money!

Regarding 3rd party ownership, there is certain entrepreneurial creativity to this, so to speak, which I appreciate. It's also a way to motivate people to invest in the game, bet on talents clubs don't believe in, take more risks. It seems shady, but it feels clubs are the ones who would benefit most from banning it, not players.
