Coaching change completely fucked up any type of continuity and ended up confusing the squad. Some players were forced on the old coach, than the new coach came in and only liked some of the players. Soon you had players who didn't even fit the preferred formation who were bought only that summer....god this sounds familiar.

A little off topic but I want to ask what you guys think about G.Rossi?
I think he's a failure of Viola, of course he played very well but at the same time was extremely injury prone that forced him to miss moẻ than half of the season and it can not be considered successful.
