He obviously wants playtime which he'll get at Inter. About CL, he won't be able to play CL at Juventus either this season.

My point was for teams in overall.. money = quality player

CL is just bs excuse. If you don't have money then you will struggle to sign quality player, unless you have amazing scouts who can find you unproven quality players.
