We'll probably end up with Gomez since we're going to be outbid by Europe's big spenders for Ramirez.

And about Lucas it's amazing how every news site says we're favourites and then Sao Paolo president and more recently vice president laugh it off he said that Italian clubs are broke they can't afford him.

It seems we're in a stage where the only players we could sign are decent Serie A players who are not highly touted and if all else fails we get the home grown solution.

sadly I dont think we're going to be replacing cesar with viviano this season. It should be now or never, i'd be happy to move faith into belec or bardi (between the two of them at least one will be a top class keeper imho) in a few years time, but its all or nothing -> and it seems to be sticking with cesar.

Viviano should be a trading pawn and thats all, sadly

w.r.t. palombo, we could either trade the rights to him, or agree with napoli and then buy him and sell him
