oh ya, and we beat him twice in our shit season. he doesnt motivate players. it would be a bad fit imo, more of the past 2 years minus leo/strama.

its obvious we need a coach who connects with players and motivates them. strama is on a run man. even before the derby the team looked good. against milan there was real determination, and 2 penalties, a lot of our players showed up to win.

After next weeks match, Moratti and Strama will have a sit down. They will go over the general plan for next season, and make sure they are on the same page.

Afterwords the agents will settle the contact / paperwork aspect. Once that is done the announcement should be made. I see no reason you won't have an official announcement before the EUROs start.

MM will say after Lazio game, and i am sure of its going to be Stramma. He doesnt wanna tell it before the end of the season, as well there is no reason in contract talks, as it will take the focus a bit the way he plans the games, best way is we wait until last game and then give him the contract

I'm expecting an announcement after Lazio, personally. To do it any later than that is simply a hinderence to our ability to plan long term, etc.

Now, the big questions will be asked of Strama this summer. Is he capable of identifying players he wants to sign? He might be a great motivator and tactician, but if he can't sign players well that's meaningless.


Fingers crossed, anyway.... Hopefully we sack Branca too so we have someone good guiding him
