Quaresma sold to Besiktas, we already agreed with them on the fee and now they agreed with personal terms with Quaresma.

RQ is gone.

Regarding Krasic, i like him and rate him, i hope he doesnt go to Juve, quality player, i'd not compare him with Quaresma, he is a complete midfielder,a warrior, better work rate,strong,skilled. he has many things that RQ doesnt have.i'd love to see him at inter,i'd rather to have him instead Kuyt.

I Would love to bring in those 4 new signings with money from the treble selling of Maicon and Milito we would be more then funded and still have some profit left to balance the books. That team looses two key pieces but becomes a lot deadlier in the creative aspect of the game. Glen Johsnon is one of the world up and coming fb's he can play with both feet give him a couple of years he can be one of the best.

You also get to have Eto'o back up top where he needs to be in open space running through looking for through balls hes almost unmarkable. He was sacrificing all year for the team playing as a winger tracking back he's a team player. Everyone was shitting on Eto'o. Milito got all the glory but not many in the press gave Eto'o his credit. We put him in the middle with that lineup he will have more then enough chances even when he does botch many chances to score over 25 and win the capocannoniere title.

Every day you wake up read the italian english or spanish papers and there's a new person were buying and a new person were selling. We just have to wait and see a lot will be clearer towards the end and after South Africa guys no worries.

why I compared Krasic to Quaresma is simply because we expected Q to become our new hero, and he failed miserably. we described him with some of the positive adjectives we're using to describe Krasic now, so I just think there's a risc he will fall through..

about your team, Executioner93, I find it to be less than likely we'll end up like that. first of all, the price of Krasic has been said to be approximately 20,5m€, and Mascherano is 25€, Silva is 35m€ or more, and Glen Johnson should at least cost 20m€. even with the sales of Maicon and Milito I doubt we'll want or even be able to splash those sums.

Johnson instead Maicon will be a downgrade.i'd keep Maicon at all costs,we dont need Mascherano,we have Cambiasso,keep that money in the pocket,then Silva?i hope so!yet i dont see us signing him after Moratti's declarations.Juve is in good stage for signing Krasic,probably he will end up with juve very soon.Keep Maicon,Nobody cant make his contribution to us at RB.

Regarding RQ7,Quearesma was never a player like Krasic, he was big star of Porto,since he failed at Barcelona for same reason why he failed at us.ROQ was always a winger,yet Krasic is a complete player who can play as AMC,RM,LM too.

he has the potential to become another RQ, seeing he likes to dribble alot, and that he comes from a relatively bad league. but I like him, I don't know why - he was more than just okay against us. In general I think he could become a valuable asset, especially since we're trying out a more wing-fixated 4-2-3-1 system. plus if he's snatched by us in front of Juve and then succeeds, well... that would just be delicisious!

Krasic and RQ are not even near eachother... RQ Is fancy, while Krasic uses his speed to pass other players. The workrate Krasic has is like 100 times better then that RQ has. Also, Krasic is more powerfull and versatile, better defender, can play in every position in the midgield...

Serbians know what i am saying, but do you know what's his original position? Krasic has played as CM/AMC as natural position, i've seen him in CSKA play as DM together with Dudu few years ago... He is now used as winger because of his speed mostly, and dribble of course, he is far more productive on the wing then he is in the cneter, although that is his natural position...

in the end, as a conclusion, IMHO Krasic will do better in Italy than Silva.. Silva may be technicaly better gifted, but in Serie A you need to be strong, and silva is like fether... While Krasic is strong and fast..

Krasic for just 15 m euros is a bargain. very low risk + 15 m euros + Quality player+Complete midfielder.

Well what he did well is his rotation/movement over the pitch into different positions.

I was not and still am not impressed with Krasic. Too much hype IMO. But saying that, if he comes cheap to replace RQ's place in the squad then I would be okay with it, well just. Though it seems that CSKA would only let him go for a decent sum which I'm sure we won't be willing to pay.
