I can't see how 40 M $ is a HUGE SUM for Hamsik putting in mind the inflated market around us and Chelsea Madrid n Barca n Man City would pay more than 40 Million STERLINGS for him...

That guy along with JC, Chivu, Balotelli and Ibra will form the back bone of Inter team for years to come...

Just because the likes of Man City and Chelsea are offering multi-million euros for players, doesn't mean we should follow the trend.

But seriously, looking at our team right now, Hamsik is undoubtedly the kind of player we need the most. If he can keep up last season's form, he should definitely be at the top of our shopping list when we visit the supermarket next summer.

I think it is a safe bet, to think, that Jose was talking about Hamsik, when he was asked who he admire in the league in his first press conference at Inter.

Fortunetly for us, Napoli is not Liverpool, and we should be able to get Hamsik, if he will be willing to leave. Same league, great squad(Inter), great coach, great fanbase, and the club who pays a lot to his players. I think we will be in pole position for this guy, and I think Jose will do his all to get this guy.

The Nerazzurri have been after the passing genius and they tried desperately to snap him up in the summer, but they failed as Roma played hardball.

Aquilani's flame is still burning bright at San Siro and it shows no sign of being put out as the Beneamata have rekindled their interest.

Tuttosport claims Inter have made a move for Aquilani as they make Roma their number one choice for spending sprees following the arrivals of Cristian Chivu and Amantino Mancini in the past.

There is now the very real chance that the Rome-born star may become the third Giallorosso to sign for the Appiano Gentile club.

It is believed Aquilani has agreed to join Inter but neither club is willing to shed any light on the matter.

It's likely that the Giallorossi man will make his move in January and Hernan Crespo will head the other way as part of the deal.

Aquilani's qualities will make him the ideal replacement for Patrick Vieira. The Italian was rumoured to have signed a new contract with his club but that doesn't seem forthcoming as I Lupi have failed to give the player what he wants.

I really don't get why everybody is so fired up about Aquilani. On my book, Hamsik is so much better.

I think everyone would pretty much agree Hamsik is better. But we also have to consider the possibilities of getting them. Right now it looks like Aquilani is easier.

Everything depends on Roma's and Napoli's performance this season. You see, Roma is in dreadful form right now, and talks that Aquilani will move for us emerging. So, if Napoli will get neither CL nor UEFA/InterToto(and this is very easy thing to happen, because Serie A is unpredictable right now) we surely will get Hamsik. No team can keep player against his will.

Like, it has been said before, Hamsik is much better than him, is exactly the kind of player we are lacking.

If Aquilani can become consistent he is the ideal player for us. Even above Hamsik, but he has to become consistent and less injury prone.
