This is between Acerbi vs Juan Jesus and the case is still under investigation. Thuram should just mind his own business and stop his shitty form in the last 2 games.

He was probably asked on what he thinks about the whole situation because he's black and the media knows that. There is nothing wrong with what Thuram said IMO.

What did Thuram do?

He areed with Maignan that this is not one of those issues that should "stay on the pitch", and that it makes sense Acerbi is not with NT until he explains exactly what happened.

That is a spot on statement. Regardless of the colour of his skin, Thuram should simply stay out of it. Thuram's comments have the potential to cause conflict and division in the squad between players.

If you haven't inferred from reading the forum, it's human nature to believe one is an expert in all things racial relations.

A lot of things have been said here and I can only agree that this situation is rather unwelcome to the club but it is what it is. Let's see how the investigation will unfold before jumping into conclusions.
What I will say is - I remember watching the game and thinking to myself that Acerbi isn't in a good mood that night. He got into multiple quarrels, namely with Raspadori. At first he was just arguing, then he went into a somewhat dangerous tackle at the center of the pitch after which he actively pointed to the ball, I thought he was trying to murder Raspadori. This was against a teammate of the national team.
I wonder if something had made his mind uneasy that night because it is not his usual behavior. Yes, he is a defender and he sometimes plays tough, but I saw it differently. Good thing there weren't any cats around.

Thuram is not a person who walks away from such questions (was asked in NT press conf). And because that question is very relevant to the guy, I wouldn't blame him for it.

Yep, his words could create some tension. Something that we certainly do not need right now.

So the colour of Thuram's skln entitles him to be a commentator and pass judgements about alleged incidents that have nothing to do with him personally?

Yes, because the subject of the discussion is racism and color of Thuram's skin is directly related to that subject in the football world (as we've seen in Italy, during this season in different cases and throughout the years).

Thuram should have said no comment, or supported Acerbi, who he has been a teammate with for almost a full season... Instead he chose to be on side of skin color.

How these were his words:
For his part, Thuram believes that his teammate does owe an explanation and has the right to defend himself against the accusation.

“When there is such a serious action, it is right that the player returns to the club to defend himself or explain what happened,” said the striker during France’s pre-match press conference via FcInterNews.

“This isn’t the time for him to join the national team.

“Personally, I agree with Mike Maignan’s action. We must leave the field and bang our fists on the table.

How does that creat a problem within inter? All he said is acerbi must explain himselfe which i think we can all agree on...
