Arnautovic can play that target player. Yesterday he was able to do that, trapped the balls passed/thrown at him and moved the ball forward. Important but underrated actions.

Yeah, Arnautovic actually did a good job of this yesterday. His big mess-up was that pass with the outside of the right foot he tried to make to Lautaro although he was in the offside position. In generally his hold-up play, winning fouls etc. has been fine recently with the exception of the Verona game where he just lost himself after that first lost ball that led to their goal.

Guy is racking up the hockey assists.

In all honesty, he's been very good in the past month or sub with his sub appearances. He's not getting many minutes but he's had good contributions in most of the matches he played in the last month.

Had a very nice piece of technical skill in the last minute of the match as well. I know he's past his best but I generally like the guy as he's been a very skillful and fun player to watch in his career - hopefully he can have some big moments until the end of the season.

Big games like this mean nothing to Sanchez. Arna doesn't have that experience and can't handle the pressure.

His passing was off today, but he was very energetic and his decision for the second goal was pure class. Most of the players in his position will just blast the ball even without to take a look, with the hope that someone will hit it. Alexis took his time and placed perfectly the ball for Frattesi instead.

Heck of a game from him, yeah of late he does one thing right and a half a dozen wrong. Today more on the plus side than negative. Very good.

I'm really not a fan of his, but games like these was why he was brought here. He won't play a lot, so it's nice he could at least manage 90 minutes here and there when we have an injury crisis

He’s the double edged sword. He either does something brilliant or infuriating every time he touches the ball. Rarely in between.

Yeah, that assist to Frattesi was brilliant with how tight the angle was and how many bodies there.

I think we all agree it was his best match this season, but it's not like he doesn't deserve a bit of constructive criticism. To be fair, Lautaro also happen to still lose the ball too much, usually on our half. Happens too many times to not mention it. If both can manage to not do it so often, we'll have more chances.
