I did it because Javier Zanetti has given me a pride and proud to be an interist for 17 years. I have to defend him like he has defended our goalposts.

yes and so what i like the guy he is a legend but all those runs brought nothing no chances no nothing. cassano with out running created few chances guy is good but he is like english full back just run run run and nothing else inter does not need that in modern football

His runs are the defining aspect of his offensive play. He is not Messi, he doesn't have the vision or passing ability to create much after his run is over. He simply brings the ball forward to a dangerous area, and often times he does this when Inter are having troubles with getting the ball forward. It's not always effective, but it's certainly an assist to the team.

Zanetti's ability to take the ball forward (generally without being tackled) is a fucking GREAT thing for Inter. When we're under a lot of pressure, Zanetti can reliably take the ball 30-40 yards forward and buy us time to recover

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Simple as that.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Simple as that.

so what you want is one guy run like headless chicken which he did few times and ones he even run in circles. i would rather have players tht can pass the ball and that way relieve the pressure then a guy who will run30-40 yards and then because he is tired pass the ball backwards and get us in trouble again

what you didn't see that one on half line where he ran in circles right or the one where guarin was standing close to vaslui penalty box and asking for the ball he had his head down and passing with palacio on right side in second half. guy is headless chicken and we lost mid in first half because of him and cambi and we took midfield back only because guarin came in
