Don't like this choice at all... Can't remember anything spectacular he did at Chelsea or Roma, bad signing in my opinion. Somebody in this forum had suggested Ancelotti, that would have been better.

On the other hand, was there a coach available at this point of the season who has done anything spectacular at any big (Chelsea) or almost-big club (Roma) ?

Welcome and good luck.

He looks like a nice guy to me, but maybe too nice for inter if you know what I mean..

Well now that you're a part of inter, hope you success. :star:

Tbh he couldn't won anything in Italy mostly because of us who were better squad- and coach/staffwise than his Juve and Roma sides. He still challenged us at times.

I wish him good luck.
He fighted against us and did a decent job for Juve. You can't ask the scudetto with those teams.
He is the right one in our situation... (I hope)

But one thing is sure: He needs good results and so he can't give too much time to our youngsters cou, obi...

Why did we give him 2 years? Are we actually NOT planning to look for a big time coach this summer?

Is the market for coaches really that tight these days? Not a single championship-capable coach was available this past summer? Or were they there but just none of them wanted to come to Inter?

Or we wanna let him think that he can work here 2 years to push his motivation... And sack him after the last championship game... :troll:

i dont know if there were that many options left in this situation
but hey its the new millennium - who cares about contracts :)
these days you can be glad the hand you shake aint trying to break yours
and if i look at the club right now id be happy about creating a base for future success and not losing the grip

without that we also wont be able to introduce new names and talents and inter will need that in the near future - like bread and butter!

yes it was him (not guardola), and it was against Inter: in the treble winning season, when that cocksucker burdisso tackled Wes so bad he had to be taken off field. even José mentioned afterwards, what a retarded thing it is to do before a game :palm:

Welcome Ranieri and I hope the best for you.
One Jubentus friend says "that he will do good for Inter in the next 3-4 matches after that he will start struggling"
And as I said before if we ended up 2nd I will be more than happy because of the bad performance in the past 5 games. But for sure the team will be more balanced with Ranieri, yes he will sucks in some games but at least it will be difficult to concede many goals like we had with Gasp.

What is most important to me is to play with 4 defender + 2 DM, this will increase our defensive strength, from that he should try and see how is he going to attack.

Why would a "big time" coach come to a club with an aging squad and sell-to-buy policy?

And could you stop saying the same all over again, in EVERY single post of yours? :palm:

True.. but.. let me say this. Ranieri has been a football manager for more than 20 years. In these 20 something years.. one thing stands out: he has NEVER, I repeat NEVER won a major trophy.

Why would this pattern change now that he's with us?

I wish him the best though.

Ultimately nobody can surely predict what the results will look like at the end of the season. He was brought to get the team out of the struggle as soon as possible in the first place, let's see from game to game. Now we shouldn't look too much into the long-term achievements.

Hopefully Ranieri proves me wrong and wins all of us over. Never thought he would end up with us, but here he is. Let him work this week and quickly motivate players to get out of this mess, lets see whats the next game like and then we go from there..He cant do worse than 3-4-3 Gasp
