These cringy posts man...I would pull out of the race for freaking Mbappe for this. That's why I avoide what Inter players post, I don't wanna know...not that I know better though...

I think all is fucked up and there is no point in him ever playing for Inter again, but there most probably is more to this. It's not like guys in charge of Inter are angels, eg the sale of Brozo. They also fucked something up here for sure.

What do we need this guy for? To choke away a 3rd final?

I'm personally on the fence with Lautaro too. I've given up any hope we'll ever do shit against Top Teams with him leading our front line. Both of these guys are massive chokers.

What do you consider top teams? Because Lautaro was leading the line in our Scudetto winning season as well as making it to a CL final.
Fap thinks Lautaro should be Messi, Suarez and Lewa rolled in one.

Lautaro ain't perfect, but for the price we got him and how we helped him grow, he is amazing.

I don't know for you guys but..if we signed a player who openly hated us in our matches (Cuntrado).. I don't see a problem if we eventually signed Lukaku as well (of course with a reasonable price and salary) at the end of mercato.

didn't you trust Lakaku so much and make sure he is the only forward we need?!
For the cost, his footballing performance is still probably the best bet.

For his personality and decision sof late, no.

Prior to the Juve stuff coming out, it was a perfectly reasonable position to want him to come back to Inter. Yes, for sure, you can sit and argue about the cost, but for most people here there was a cost where we'd be happy with Lukaku coming back. With the information publicly available at the time it was fine. When the Juve leaks came out, then its a whole different story.

Only an idiot wouldnt change their opinion based on new data.

Frey: ‘Lukaku and Inzaghi clashed at Inter’

Former Inter star Sebastien Frey claims there was ‘a clash’ between Romelu Lukaku and Simone Inzaghi that prompted the Chelsea striker to pursue Juventus.
Lukaku had been on loan from Chelsea and was in advanced negotiations to make the move permanent when suddenly it all crumbled.
It was reported that this was due to Inter’s fury at Lukaku discussing a possible transfer to their Serie A arch-rivals Juventus.

“I was told that just before the end of the season there was a clash between Inzaghi and Lukaku, which prompted the split,” Frey told TV Play.
Lukaku was on the bench for the Champions League Final against Manchester City, as Edin Dzeko was chosen as the partner for Lautaro Martinez.
“I can confirm that there are two paths Lukaku can take now, which are Juventus and Saudi Arabia.”
So he acted like a crybaby once again, bo-hoo.

Did Lukaku miss that header out of spite because he did not start? He surely cannot be THAT stupid, can he?

intentionally miss his best chance to win the CL? Not a chance

Because he wasnt fully warmed up and could have done with a bit more time? Perhaps...

To be blunt, though, itd explain it. The decision to drop him for the CI final and CL final was bizarre to say the least, Lukaku deserved to start the CL final IMHO as I said before, during, and after the game.

I think Inzaghi will look back on that as one of the greatest blunders in his career, imho.

Not that it excuses the subsequent behaviour to be clear

Seeing how crap he is in the air with his head, if he tried to miss he would've scored.

Inzaghi biggest blunder is that he fielded this donkey on the pitch. His save killed our chance to win CL. If he stayed on the bench we would win this.

What the fuck? Inzaghi mentioned Lukaku in the preseason press conf.

"I'm in line with the management; we are working hard. It's normal that it's not an easy market but we are operating in the best way possible. We all know about Thuram, Frattesi, Bisseck, and there's the return of Di Gennaro. We know what Lukaku means and what he did for us in that second part of the season last year. We fought hard to get him back and we'll try hard again, but he is another club's player."

This clash thing, even if it's true, didn't had too big of an effect.

Missing a goal on purpose? Come on people, don't play idiots.

Lukaku not starting in the final? That went perfectly as planned. We got to introduce him to the game with the score still being 0-0. That looked like the plan and it worked very well, Dzeko was important for the time he played.

Don't have one.

He didn't lead shit though, he was just a part of it, we all know this cunt here lead it, whether we like him now or not. Lautaro leading someone to scuddetto is still a thing to happen and him scoring more than 20 goals in seria a last season sparkled some hope for me that he can do it, although i m still on the pessimistic side.
