Transfer GuruAgree with the sentiment, but I honestly don't see how that could have made any difference. The game turned when Sensi got tired and Vidal brought fresh intensity to Barca. The Politanos or Gagliardinis of the world could not change that. We just ran outta gas.
This is a young team in development. There were too many positives today to feel dejected. Forza Inter, this is the start of something special.

It's bitter, but good game by us. Should have scored more from chances in the first half. And the depth of our team is lacking in quality... We should definitely add another quality midfielder, someone who can do something. Our subs aren't game changing in our favor.

Hurts more that Dortmund beat Prague easily and both them and Barca are sitting comfortably on 4pts while we only have 1.

Best Overall PosterMixed feelings about this match. Despite the loss, there were some positive signs. First half was great but second half was really poor. When you are wasting chances at this level, you're eventually gonna pay for it. Conte didn't really help with his defensive approach in the second half but he didn't really have many options. We need to improve our squad depth a lot to compete against the top sides.

10 years of FIFOk, but it was still tactical blunders. Candreva was physically finished after the first half. It was on his side that Suarez scored, Suarez was wide open. The 3 CBs had their men covered, Sensi and Barella as well. Fresher legs would have made the difference in catching up to/marking Suarez.
Sanchez no matter how tired he is, HAS to finish games like these. Fatigued or not. He's the only one with quality besides Martinez.
Shortly after the Suarez goal, Conte realised "Oh yes, Candreva is tired" and brought on D'Ambrosio, who could bring NOTHING to this game at that point.
