Sometimes you love Inter so much you just gotta sue Inter.

Obviously you haven’t read much into trivial love stories wherein people sue their lover for revenge

Seriously, Icardi is seeking contract termination. Common sense. I don’t care whether jube is behind all this but Icardi suing Inter cut off all possible bridging attempts.

Speaking about Fabrizio Biasin and taking inspiration from Universe, many Inter fans wanted to hear his opinion and started to worry because he hasn't posted anything since the news about Icardi suing Inter came out.

Strange social media silence, because apparently he's always on time commenting Inter-related news, let alone news of this resonance.

Unless he was the author of that article which appeared on calciomercato.com, “Icardi suing Inter is a declaration of love, not of war”.
Then we can breathe a sigh of relief, there's nothing to worry about and it's all good (we'll hear from him today, anyway).

Dude... Why? Just why?

Fair enough, it was a moment of weakness and I felt pity for Giampaolo.
He's a professional sitting on Milan's scorching bench (and then a fierce rival), but still an interista deep inside.

It won't happen again, especially after the Rossoneri grabbed their first 3 points of the season in Gattus-esque fashion. No need to risk.

He's too busy liking Icardi's Instagram posts.

If this clown doesn't move on within the next day or so then his presence is gonna be a pain in the ass. Imagine going through a season (half a season even) of his law suit constantly the talk of the town, his whorish wife constantly blabbing trash on some half-assed TV show and their childish instagram shenanigans ?!

Fuck me what a soft cock Icardi is. He's had months on end to accept he's not wanted and to find another club. Inter has clearly tried to move him on to reasonable clubs with a reasonable price. Any impact on his 'image' has been clearly brought on by himself and that slut. Grow some fuckin balls.

Piss off Mauro, you fucked up royally !

Icardi loves Inter fans too. I see another potential law suit.

He may have had a case that we humiliated him, had Inter stripped him of his captaincy and shipped him off to Hull to get relegated.

FYI, the write up here looks very sensible.

https://www.football-italia.net/143673/expert-icardi-case-not-mobbing

“He cites Michelangelo Albertazzi’s case against Hellas Verona, but that was a different situation entirely. He was made to change in a different locker room, he never trained on the same pitch as his teammates and his car tyres were slashed in the club car park,” sports law expert Mattia Grassani told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Icardi cannot talk about ‘mobbing’ because that is based on repeated humiliation, the removal of fundamental rights such as use of the locker room along with teammates, use of the club facilities, etc. The total demolition of the athlete’s profession.

“By the looks of it, Icardi is claiming he was not allowed to take part in tactical sessions or midweek games. These are not sufficient to represent a mobbing case.

“The real issue here is can a club decide whether a player is no longer part of their sporting project? There is one precedent, when Cagliari decided to focus on Michael Agazzi in 2010, excluding Federico Marchetti, who had been first choice before the World Cup.

“President Massimo Cellino declared officially that Marchetti was no longer in their plans, so he turned to the tribunal, but his legal action was shelved.

“In general, we have to consider that the club and Coach are responsible for deciding who is and isn’t part of their plans, which is notably an autonomous right.

100% agree with this analysis

Key points:

A player at a club does have a right to being part of the same club as the other players - e.g. same locker room. A player does NOT have a RIGHT to play, be selected, a number, or participate in promotions etc.

Now that my holidays are almost over I want to mobbed like Icardi ... I'm desperately waiting for a phone call of my boss: "We'll pay you millions, but don't come to work again!"

Any sane person understands that .h. The problem is that icardi is in-sane.

Not sure how a law suit he will lose helps facilitate a transfer. Maybe he's betting Inter management doesn't want the kind of publicity it will attract for the remainder of the season?

The more radioactive he becomes, the more likely we are to give Juve a discount, the higher the wage Wanda can demand.

Everyone wins except Inter.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, huh... Hm, I still think it's a long shot to terminate his contract. Doubt after all that has been said and done so far the club would budge.
