Forum SupporterMilan playing 3 at the back favors us incredibly. Yeah we might struggle to break them down a bit more but they should not be causing us much trouble offensively.
People go on about Yuto and Dalbert but our biggest problem defensively has been Dumbo this season...almost every single team we have faced this season their LW was made to look like the best player on the pitch. Dumbo's too slow and constantly keeps backing off....Perotti destroyed him, Verdi destroyed him, Tarrabt caused us problems, heck even D'Alessandrini of Benevento ripped us down the left.
Luckily Milan aren't playing with wingers

Most Pessimistic MemberI have a feeling that tomorrow's match will be the hardest for us and Spalletti will underestimate Milan as he underestimated Bene. If Mario is a starter that's one major hint.

As I see it, Milan will be 10x more motivated than us to win this:
1) They're behind us in the table
2) They want/need the 4th spot just as much we do (or even more)
3) And most of all they wanna satisfy the investors with a positive result in a high profile match
We on the other hand are:
1) doing quite well standings-wise - which is deceiving because we are...
2) approaching this game after a bunch of shitty performances and scrappy wins
3) going into this game with nothing much to lose - we'll still be in top 4 and Rube/Roma lost points as well.
How much ever Spalletti tries to motivate the players, they'll still subconsciously lack the urge - in comparison to Milan - to grab the win. I think Milan will be all over us with high pressing and rough duels.
I'm think we're gonna lose this.
