Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero appears to have put his foot down having told IlSecoloXIX that Eder won’t be departing the club in the upcoming window . The Argentine born forward was linked with Inter last summer, and is now being rumored to be a Nerazzurri target:

“Sometimes their representatives have been interested. Well I know who you are getting: Eder. To do that you would have to be a crook! We will not sell in January. We will strengthen.”

Wtf are Samp going to do with all their forwards anyways? Eder, Muriel, Cassano, Bonazzoli, Rodriguez, Correa and now Alvarez. Correa and Alvarez are really AMs but still. I hope they loan Bonazzoli, I also hope Correa starts getting more opportunities, I think he's very talented and if he does well will end up at Inter.

samp is also only being linked with strikers over the past few days. kramaric, immobile, rossi...

bonazzoli's linked to livorno, rodriguez is linked back to cesena, correa is linked with carpi, and eder is being linked away too (despite ferrero's claims that he isn't going anywhere). we'll see what happens in any case.

Monaco wont exercise 13M buy-out clause. Milan desperate to sell him..
wont cost much (no more than 13M at least), reasonable young, can play most of the advance positions, Italian, good looking, have good fan base in italy.

could be an option if candreva fail (probably a better acquisition than lavezzi)

But he's also injury prone, he has a bad history with metatarsal fractures and also knee problems. That's probably the biggest reason why Milan gave up on him.

Muriel is going to Turkey, Sevilla, or Torino as they want Immobile. I'd love it if we tried to get Immobile on loan or trade for Rano. Kid was top scorer in Italy 2 seasons ago def has potential plus has to be a better option then Palacio or a youngster

Yeah I find the way Ferrero is running the club to be very interesting. Seems like it's a revolving door of players (especially strikers). I understand there will have to be some pretty massive squad changes though to accommodate Montella and turn around what's been a pretty poor season thus far.

We already have 2 players who are more suited to playing the LW position then the RW position. In order for him to make sense one of Perisic or Ljajic would have to leave and I don't see that happening during January. I also doubt Milan would want to sell to us for the risk that he might actually turn out to be a good player.

Add to that, the fact that he doesn't have a single league goals in 15 matches. No goals, no assists and a massive injury history. Any big club would be crazy to sign him.

We're lucky if Lavezzi asks that much and we're lucky that Thohir is a business man who will not buy players like toys for Mancini.

When I remember Maicon and Pizzaro in City and he had all that money. Sometimes he just needs to relax.

Remember going to watch City vs Bolton at home and I think Pizzaro made his first start in that game. Some of his passes were excellent and he had a pretty immense game, albeit against Bolton lol. He was a loan signing and was largely there as backup after Yaya went to AFCON, overall nothing lost and he contributed something even if it was fairly small.

Nobody denies that Pizzaro was top class passer and good signing, but for Fiorentina.

When you have City's money you don't buy finished Maicon or small club player like Pizzaro.

Same like when you're in charge of rebuilding Inter who don't have big money you don't bring expensive players without resale value like Lavezzi or Yaya Toure.
