Hernanes was great yesterday. I thought he was better than Kova. We really missed his presence.

The way he dribbled through few Rube players on the 2nd half :lol:

Two of them were on the ground.

Happy with his performance last night. With Kovacic out we need him back badly. Time to show why we paid good money for him, I'm optimistic.

Sick move! I'm still a fan, no way should anyone be labelling him a flop at this point.
Yeah, Genoa is his chance to step up. Always feel he is blighted slightly by Kovacic's presence due to them taking up similar ideal positions, hoping he can make use of the freedom he should be given this weekend. It's important for him to do so as I'm not sure where he'll fit in if Shaqiri arrives, probably in a much deeper position than he would like.

Surely that middle 3 will consist of Podolski, Kovacic and Shaqiri? I can't see Hernanes being anything other than a Kovacic back-up if everyone's fit? Although I'm sure he'll get fitted in all over midfield due to injuries :awyeah:

The only problem with him is he is too slow. It is like he is walking in space.
