Just putting my Shauny hat on for a moment...

1. Yes, this is voting for nominations. You can nominate a number of members per category. Those nominated will then be put into a pool that you vote from.

Example : if Uni, Fitz, I4E & Raul Duke are nominated for the 'biggest Aussie cunt' award, then everybody must vote (3/2/1) on which of these members deserve the award

2. 'Best Username' award has been removed because it's stupid. Same as the 'worst username'.

They've probably gone with the logic that if voters are given three people to rank in order, they're less likely to play the laziness/don't have time card since they don't have to think as much.

The problem with that is you could have the same poster winning it every year, although that can happen with some of the existing awards.
