LOL, like everyone said, same old from Zanetti: "we need to react" bla bla. No point stating the obvious. Prove it on the pitch. The loss highlights the problems here. The squad is not good enough for the Champions League. Inconsistency is a major issue here. The club needs a few natural wingers and with all respect to Zanetti a proper RB. A new striker would do as well.

We all talk about youngsters but I am sure Benassi's confidence is going to be shattered now. Gets a vote of confidence to start then is subbed at half time, so in other words Strama is telling him you played shit. That is the gamble with yooungsters.

The lack of goals from the team sometimes is ridiculous. Ranochhia looked more of a goalthreat than our attackers tonight, seriously LOL. That embarrassing. Wish Coutinho was still here. I even think Babiany would have an impact in games like this where we crazily are relying on players like Cambiasso to change the game. Crazy.

Visualization of our season meltdown:

Results suggesting this team was the real deal... and then back to mediocrity.

wtf!! I'm sorry, but Strama has to go.

it cant be the same team...

Pathetic, they are celebrating like they won the Scudetto.

Just watch, we will bounce back and claim the third spot with consecutive victories.

Guys, when is the last time you went a checked our 1st team player names?

If i hear this shit one more time i will strange somebody. This squad is definitely capable of finishing at least third and beating the likes of Siena, Atalanta, Parma etc. + avoid being humiliated by the likes of Fiorentina, Siena x2, Tottenham, Hadjuk in San Siro and Rubin Kazan.

I agree. I think the problem is clear, and that is Strama and his tactics..

1) If you try to cross into the box, and you always lose the ball - YOU DON'T CONTINUE LIKE THAT

2) If you play on "quick counters" with 1 striker, and always lose the ball before your striker gets it(because it's always him vs 4 defenders) - YOU DON'T CONTINUE LIKE THAT

3) If you see that you have 0 shots on goal because the 1 striker you have is isolated - YOU DON'T CONTINUE LIKE THAT

Conclusion: A coach that doesn't see anything wrong with that is a dumb fuck! And to you who say we played with 1 striker under Mou, You are as dumb as Strama! When Mou was playing with 1 striker we had a Milito up front that was in the form of his life.. Sneijder behind him, who was perhaps the best in his possiton then.. And not to mention world class and fast player like Eto'o.. Of course with these players on midfield you can use 1 striker..

We are not a Scudetto worty team, or EL, but we should not lose to shit teams like Siena, Atalanta, Bologna etc..

If only they got to play against Inter in the Meazza every week.. they might have really won the scudetto :yao:

we are as strong as milan and napoli on paper. Yet we lose to these lesser ranked teams quite often. Something is wrong somewhere, for me i am undecided regarding strama. I liked him cuz he got us wins in big games, but off late he has been piss poor. Maybe militos presence is what we are lacking atm.

Maybe in defense but not the rest. Napoli have Inler + Hamsik + Cavani, Milan have Balotelli + SES + Montolivo, we have Palacio + Guarin + 34 year old Milito.

EDIT: Palacio isn't bad, on the contrary, he's been our savior this season. But the poor guy is getting no support at all, due to the lack of creativity in midfield.

You say it yourself: our midfield are shit.
Strama must take the blame, I agree. But with this midfield, I don't think even Mourinho can do anything: no creative idea, no strength, no speed.
We should play 4-3-2-1 XMas tree instead of 4-3-3. With Kovacic and Cassano (not Guarin, please, Strama, please) behind Palacio, I think we can create lots of opportunity. Time to change.

Hey, atleast we didnt lose 0-3 like last year!

If I were a journalist in Italy, these would be the questions I would ask from Strama:

1. Why Carrizo? There are two strong, young goalkeepers in the squad and you want to play the one who hasnt played since last year and Serie A-match was the one competition where we can try if he's any good?

2. Why Kovacic plays below Gargano? I understand that he can bring the ball forward and we have struggled to get the ball from defence to the attack, but when its time to defend, he is next to useless. Also, we need creativity up front.

3. Quick question about Gargano; shouldnt you train some passing with the lad? And he could definitely be more of use, if he would try to actually get the ball away, rather than running like headless chicken everywhere.

Well that was a depressing watch. Who'd have thunk that Gargano, Schelotto, Stankovic and Benassi wouldn't be a good starting midfield? :eek:blivious:

Christ, how does Strama still have a job? His record the since the Juventus victory is akin to me showing up to work high on crack with peanut butter and jelly in my hair while speaking Pig Latin.
