I'd change Ricky or Gargano for Zanetti, other than that I agree. I also hope Mudingayi gets some minutes in Cuchu's position.

How can the flag go up when the ball is played, what if there are two players, one offside and the pass reaches the one who is not. The pass is only offside once it was been played, if the player is an offside position when it is played. It is not called when it is played but based on when it is played.

That's more than enough for any coach. Look at Diego Simeone for example, the moment he joined Atletico Madrid, thier defense became one of the best in the league, and they started looking like a great team again. Wait, we have Pajo who follows them to tell this, I don't watch them very often.

Useless to compare other coaches to Strama. Every person and every coach is an individual. Everyone is unique.

I don't also mind giving Strama time. But, he needs to stop being an idiot and toss these system's out of his hat if he doesn't understand what the system requires to it to work. He needs to stay at the basics and try to grind. These madness needs to stop, because we were totally teethless against Chievo. We simply can't control the game (notice: ball possession isn't relevant here) with this system. At least not with these players used in this system.

Btw, JJ is unbelievable. How mature game from him.

If some of you morons haven't realised we've appointed 'AS' in the long term because he won't rule now and give us trophies. Then you simply didn't get it. We're not gonna win any title THIS year, we're not even gonna compete for the Scudetto (no one can compete against Juventus and the entire referee section). We're leading, and we got people who say we should fire the coach. Because he's trying to find this team's identitity.

He's not experienced, he doesn't have it all figured out, we KNOW that already. Let him learn from his mistakes and be fucking calm.

Offside offence

Preventing the opponent from playing the ball by obstructing the player's sight or intentionally distracting the opponent

Playing the ball after the ball has rebounded off the goal, the goalkeeper, or any opponent[3]

Since offside is judged at the time the ball is touched or played by a team-mate, not when the player receives the ball, it is possible for a player to receive the ball significantly past the second-to-last defender, or even the last defender (typically the goalkeeper).

Sorry, I try to be happy really hard but something stops me. Maybe because I don't want to be disappointed like last season..
Maybe because I think too much further.. and when you do, you realize that 3rd spot would be impossible like this, hell, even getting an EL spot.
When you do think even further, you realize that we might throw another season to the trash not doing a single step forward.
So yeah.. I'll keep watching any game.. but stay cool untill I see a change.

I don't agree, coz that will be 3 players who don't help the defence at all, and have poor work rate off the ball. We cannot afford that in an away game which we are leading. I would get Alvarez or Obi for Samuel.

How badly do we have to perform for it to slip into being unacceptable? not achieving 3rd place? Not achieving Europe? Finishing in the bottom half of the table?


At what point do you say 'You're out of time'?

We aren't even going to get the CL spot despite having the squad perfectly capable of doing that with ease.
