Seems I must have watched a different match to many people here.

I loved Gargano tonight, great technique and pace.

We played well on the 1-1 scoreline...

the sad thing is how the team reacted on the roma's 2nd goal, we lost confidence and made dozen clueless cross...

anyway Rannochia's game was garbage tonight, I dont see he provide a tranquillity like Samuel-Lucio used to be..

as for strama, he will learn.

We had 1-1 and were playing an open game against them. Their end product was just better, they simply did better in the final third when the game was on the line. We could have done better if it wasn't for Guarin fucking up basically every play going forward.

But it's not only on Guarin, despite not having a deep playmaker this team should do much better and create much more with the players we have. Strama is pretty cluless about coaching offense(hat tip to n4l again).

so it was not zanneti and cambi it ieverybody else including the coach. two goals came from that side roma almost never attacked from naga and alvaro side. zanneti is done put him on the bench and if he dosn't like send him packing live every other legend that we told to pack this summer

Please don't lump us who want to criticize the way the team is playing with those who think the sky is falling after every defeat.

I am angry about the way we played exactly because I think we CAN win the title this year.

We didn't get outclassed Roma in the second half did a all out attack in first 10 mins then we got control of game after that. Then we tried to do an all out attack and then we got caught. We played better in 1st half and better in 2nd half as if you look at the 2nd goal Roma scored that was just a hopeful long ball that Totti played in the middle of the pitch and Osvaldo got. 3rd goal Roma scored all luck. Look at the shooters angle. Rarely those ever go in. Roma didn't play well they were losing balls left and right they just got their lucky opportunities from long balls.

Next time inter play roma will destroy them.

id generally love to see this internet forum kindergarten battles to stop - people have different opinions

but the problem today for me was that i never really had the feeling we are in real control of the game or the ball and if that makes some here being pessimistic i can understand that
of course you can't judge over the team that fast, but don't forget that people simply can become impatient after those last years (after the treble)

Started bad, then completely outplayed Roma most of the first half, they barely had the ball anymore, should have scored more goals there. Second half started bad, then we were better again, but didn't finish our chances, and this time we turned back into shit and Roma took over. 50/50, not half as bad as I'm reading here. I think a draw would have been more appropriate. I guess it will be better. No reason to worry too much, at least... And FUCK ROMA.

Very frustrating game. I'm very dissapointed with our defense.

Castellazzi : Hadn't had much work, his kicks were very poor and to be honest the thirth goal was for me also his fault.. In his small corner a goal, unacceptable
Zanetti : Had too much work with the upcoming flanks of Roma, couldn't do his rushes, and had a lot of troubles, poor game
Silvestre : last goal completely his fault.. Marquinho had a free view to shoot. Second goal was a fault of all the defenders. Osvaldo just could walk to our goal and score .. beautifully.
Ranocchia : To me , I thougt he was beast mode, everywhere to head the ball away, didn't see Osvaldo/Destro/Totti get past him in direct duel. Second goal could also be blamed on him though. Although the best player of Inter tonight.
Naga : First half good with Pereira, second half without Pereira he lost all the duels, didn't rush, fucked a lot up.
Pereira : Awfull crosses in the first half, played a lot better afterwards, I found him decent. Without him Naga had a lot of issues
Gargano : Good game, although the first goal is his fault. The Roma player could freely head it in.. But played well, I think he should have taken more cover on Totti too.
Guarin : Awfull passes, dribbles and shootings. Not his best match, Roma obviously is not Vaslui.
Cassano : I liked his playing. He can hold on a ball. But his stamina and condition need updating.. A LOT and FAST. and he needs to stop nagging about everything..
Sneijder : Tried too much, but he played decent. Nice balls to Palacio, Milito, Cassano.
Milito : played really awfull. Hadn't had much chances too but overall just lame tonight.

Subs

Palacio : I expected more from him, he lost a lot of his balls, but also didn't had much chances
Cambiasso : I found it a bad sub. He couldn't bring anything more. Bad sub by Strama.
Coutinho : Should have had more time, but can't rate him.

Strama : Another lesson learned. But unfortunately another home fail. Didn't liked his subs at all. Milito should have been subbed off. And Gargano should have stayed on (unless he's injured) Zeman outclassed him tactically.

MOTM : Osvaldo (Pain in the ass for us tonight), also Totti was outstanding. on Interside I'd say Rano.

But nothing lost. We're 2 games in Serie A. There's still a lot to improve though. Let this be a lesson to understand.

hahah you don't have to be a good coach to figure out that inter will attack you only through middle and left side when zanneti plays rb any coach high schoool coach primavera coach coach from the street will know that but inter fans with thick sculls hey we have legend on right back he plays all the time even if he is one dimensional every top teams has a complete back but inter it is like shooting your self in the foot intentionaly

The 4-2-3-1 is not a solution it is only an option. Against a stronger team the 4-2-3-1 we would be destroyed, however tonight was the perfect opportunity to exploit Romas inability to deal with the ball going wide early ( with the 4-2-3-1 ) and Strama simply failed to see the play on the field. He made the change after the momentum and drive were gone from the players, when Roma had scored. It was too late to bring any calm, poise and composition on the ball to string anything together. No worries Strama will learn from this.
