I'm still convinced Zarate can give more, which he actually can! Only thing i'm starting to question is what everyone was highlighting when we got him, HIS WORK RATE. Their has to be a reason he's not starting over Milito, and i'm thinking he's slacking in practice and not staying fit. Could be why some games he plays well, and others he's invisible.

I think that he did...not so much as we were expected, but we can't say that he was almost useless. Speaking about his price of transfer...imo he did a lot of things in just a couple of months: he assisted few goals & scored. What can we ask him to do for that money ? He can't score in every match (or once per two matches), he can't make assists if no one except Pazzo (and Naga :troll is going to help him. But he can't prove more because of :trolldad: who's running the bench. He can't do more because he CANNOT PLAY with Milito. That's obvious. We all saw that he needs a running mate to cross over. Not Milito (the man which if you pass 1 m far from him, he won't run for the ball). So far he needs Pazzo, Forlan, Sneijder and other players able to run. He's young and i don't think that he's used with the slow and tactic players like Milito.

ok. That means.. Milito, Deki, Chivu, Cafe, Orlandoni, Castellazzi, and Julio Cesar. I don't understand how Cafe, Orlandoni, Castellazzi, and Julio Cesar slowing our team. I agree on Deki, Chivu, and Milito tho.

But, I have to disagree to buy Zarate. He can only dribble. He can't pass, can't defend, can't score. If he doesn't start passing, pack him in DHL and send him back to Lazio asap. Talent is shit if not utilised properly.

Coming back to Zarate: Of course he scored only 1 goal and we can't compare Zarate's goals number with Milito because their playing position is different. How many times have you seen Zarate being forward ? Once ? Yes, against CSKA. Because in the rest of the games, Milito is sitting in the box waiting to get the ball and when he gets it he fails over and over. Indeed Milito got more goals than him this season because Milito never came to midfield to take the ball. He only waited the ball to come towards him so this way the chances to score are bigger than Zarate's.

My point is: i prefer to put my hopes into a young player instead of facepalming every match when Milito plays.

Not impressive at all to me.

Ricky Alvarez scored and assisted as much as Zarate with less minutes play. Alvarez is a young guy, just arrived from Argentina, unlike Zarate who has spent years in Serie A.

I agree to put hopes on young players but please be realistic. Zarate is not the player we need. He is too selfish and doesn't play in a team. We need players who plays with the team.

I just think Zarate is trying to do what Eto'o did for us. He ain't Eto'o. If Zarate starts passing the ball and utilizing his talents in the right way, then I'd like him to stay. So far, he is better off from Inter.

How about now ? We are praising every player that scored in the last match ? That can't be...

I truly believe that Zarate isn't selfish because this way he is used to play but he doesn't want to play with Milito. Everytime Milito is near him he knows what's gonna happen if is passing to him so he wants to try his luck. But when Milito is out and he remains with Pazzo, the situation is changing.

Nevermind...i'll keep my idea that Milito is the worst Serie A player in this moment and INTER DOESN"T NEED HIM ANYMORE. Imo Zarate instead of Milito besides Pazzini or Forlan will make a huge difference...a lot better.

Zarate is a striker. Alvarez is a midfielder. you can't expect something like Sneijder scores as much as Eto'o. :doublepalm:
Keep your believe together with Zarate and go back to Lazio The type of Zarate is not needed at the moment, unless he starts playing with the team.
