The Paralympics will begin on the 24th of August and will end on the 5th of September.

I may actually try and watch some of this. Always interesting to see how many different disabilities compete in the same event.

Last time around I watched some swimming. Incredible athletes, I particularly remember one guy who basically had no limbs. I can't remember if he won a medal or not but he was so good.

We finished third with 104 total medals.

Very proud of these athletes and I actually enjoyed watching these way better than the regular Olympics. These athletes just seemed to be more enthusiastic and proud. Really heartening to watch them not let their disability hinder their goals. Truly awe-inspiring.

Totally. Most are so pure hearted, it's heartwarming to see. Should be inspiring for every person with any disability out there.

For sure pal, I was clapping my heart out watching them compete. Even the ones that finished dead last had smiles on their faces. Very heart-warming and just a joy to behold. Very proud all of who competed not just the Americans and wish them the best in the future.
