simply amazing.

i loved watching him play. i still have Romania-VS-Argentina
my all time favourite game, just attacking after attacking, superb :star:

from there, i fell in love with Hagi, but there whole team was awesome, even Dimitrescu, whos very underrated :thumbsup:

One of the best left-footed soccer players ever. I will never forget WC94, those goals against Columbia were simply magical. Then had an unsuccessful spell with Barca then helped establish Galatasaray as a european power.

His tempers failed him nonetheless, like that shameful exist in Euro2000 when he took a dive against Italy.

But he remains one of my favourite players ever. :star:

That for sure, except when he was with Gala. The problem with Barca was that he wasn't given a midfield-general role. He is the kind of player that needs the midfield to be built around him, he dictates play.

With barca, there was him, Stoickov as a half-striker and then moody Romario. They just didn't combine well, and he struggled there.
