well, that´s unfair. Julio Cesar saved a lot of penalties for Flamengo.

Maybe you don´t saw the Brasil x Argentina on the last Continental Cup, but Brazilian Squad "B", beat Argentina´s "A" team at the penalty kicks after 1 x 1 (Adriano´s goal, at the last minute).

Julio Cesar saved two penalties.

He doesn't read the strikers and he almost always throws himselt at the wrong direction. Against Milan he also threw himself only at one direction on each penalty.

Cesar always throw himself to right side at a angle of some 30 degree,so even he choose the right direction I don't think he can touch it

4 – I still expect more from Solari. There were few good touches. However I'm expecting him to take on his marks man and put some decent crosses in which I did not see much or any at all last night.

Well you see Cro, it's not only me, but also J Zanetti feel in this way about Solari.

A typical example is in the 2nd half, when Pizzaro suddenly made a long pass to left flank (great vision by the way), Solari had a good oppotunity to make a critical strike. Instead, he hesitated to move forward, and when he finally caught the ball and tried to pass it to Oba, the best attacking moment has passed...

Yeah this is just a friendly we shouldn't ask too much, but he is Solari, not somebody mediocre, he is supposed to be a class :star:, he is supposed to act like what he already proved in Madrid.

However I agree that we should have patience and confidence on the player, let's wait and see his performance in coming CL qualify match.

solari is pure lw

he and kily are 2 different players so if one isnt having a good game its sure other one will

just give a ball to solari on left when he is a bit alone

he will play average first 2,3 games of season but then he will show us who is he, great player

mancini plays flat formation with 2 pure wingers, like solari is, he is perfect for mancio formation

I reckon the reason we haven't seen the best of Solari yet is Real's fitness regime, a lot of their players clearly aren't match fit after the season, for example Beckham at Euro 2004 etc

Once Solari gets his fitness levels up to Mancini's required levels I think he'll do brilliantly for us

SopCast didn´t work well for me either. At least not in the first half when there was about 350 users. 2nd half and about 170 users left and SopCast work´d very well for me.

Karagounis - my choice for the man of the match. If only his name would be £igo/Stankovic or whatever and he would be a starter for us. This man never disappoints!
