I must admit, I'm not hyped for the match as much as I am hyped for the TV reality show aspect of Lakaka and our players...

Will they handshake? Will they tackle him harder? Will Thuram and Lautaro use the lakaka & lautaro celebration?

WHAT WILL HAPPEN I NEED ANSWERS!!!

Roma is garbage. We can't let ourselves drop points in this one, despite of their "good form" over the past couple of matches. We are kings of the league these days, and not being able to take advantage of their incompetence, especially how naive they are defensively, would be criminal.

The team has to keep up great momentum they've build. We've already past a huge obstacle in gobbi.

I'm worried about this game too. If Mou have stayed there, we woud have had less concern about it :lol: playing against Rome under Mou was one of the easiest games we have had in the past couple of years

We beat that garbage team only 1 0 at home, scoring after 80 minutes. Dybala wil play, they have 3 wins in a row, good for you being so optimistic but this one's gonna be really hard. Forget Mourinho Roma where some of players(Pellegrini etc) deliberately tank their coach, this is a new game right now.

We defeated gobbi only 1-0 as well but dominated the game by far, same situation agianst Roma as well. We created so many chances, had superior ball possession and everything else.

Is there a reason to not be optimistic these days?

Good question - so far this has been one of the best Inters of all time, at least results wise.

It's not that we aren't optimistic, just cautious. Our GD is 41 and with slight better finishing it feels we would be at GD 60 right now. I don't think we'll suddenly become better at finishing, since we are already really good, but I'd like to see more goals in games we absolutely dominate

There is no reason to be pesimistic, but also not ultra optimistic, based on:
-last two Seria A seasons with Limone,
-February meltdown.
Its normal that people are cautious.

I dont get this "if mourinho was here, this would be a walkover" logic from some posters here.

Mourinho build a great home record at Roma, it was the away games that lead to his downfall.

Roma are flying high on the inital honeymoon period with a new coach, it will end. All Inter fans should know this as we had plenty of new coaches who had good inital periods only to fail in cataclysmic manner and lose games like there was no tomorrow after that period. This is De Rossi's first real challenge as Roma coach, at home. He is inexperienced, he might shake things up too much from made the Olimpico a tough place to visit under Mourinho.

Obviously a tough game regardless though.

Bubba is the one FIF guy so cautious and doubtful of Limone and the team that even on matchday 37 with a +10pt lead he is still unsure if we win the damn thing :LOL:

Inzaghi has the habit of debuting a new player in an away game. Less pressure from our fans if they screw up apparently. I got a feeling that Tajon will play 10 mins or so
