Great post, nothing to add.

Probably one of the best posts of the year, already on 6th day of the year.
Thank you. Sadly it's going to be ignored by the one that should read it and try to understand it. It's insulting to the game of football to dismiss most players and clubs we play against as shit. It also diminishes all our successes.

At this point, bringing back Correa will work as a 4th forward. He can't be worse than Alexis at this point.

oh no you are wrong. As much Sanchez could be shit, Correa is on another level. First of all because he never was considered as good striker. Second because hes contribution was terrible, like he was playing another sport. Third, being almost everytime injured. + He was also expensive, 30M for him was a scam. Sanchez did cost only a lot of salary but was important for us before he was leaving. Can't say the same now but the season is still long.

I mean bringing Sanchez was the right move at the moment imo. Dude scored 20 goals across all competition last season. I certainly did not think he was gonna be this bad. Let's stop with this Correa can't be worse than Sanchez, they are both shit.

Playing too much game will do that for you. You can win all 38 games

It's like famous Vecino-Gagliardini dilemma. When Vecino played then everybody claimed Gags is better and when Gagliardini played then it was the other way around. And in reality both were equally shit.

People only started calling Vecino and Gagliardini shit when we stopped winning

Brozović also had stinkers but people forgot about it over the years.

If any we should feel bad for Brozovic because he had to share midfield with grandfather Borja Valero and Vecino/Gag. Cala would also look shit with those finished clowns.

A few years ago I played a game of 5x5 with some friends and their friends. Most were semi pros etc.
We invited one guy who was a professional on a 2nd tier team, playing as a DM who's mostly a wooden type of player you wouldn't think he's a baller.

One of those semi-pros played for a futsal team and was even leading scorer in the league a couple of years back, so his finishing and shot/pass placement was top notch. As was his ball control.

Well, the wooden looking bench warming pro took us all for a dance

Like imagine someone like De Vrij schooling what would appear like an Eto'o at a decent level.

(I was the GK, I was fast with the ball for amateur level but two clicks below for these guys)

Torino very much deserve this lead against this Napoli side. As does Mazzocchi very much deserve that red card.

This season is a good chance for some teams that don't regularly get top 4 to get it. It will be even more interesting if Serie A gets a 5th spot. Problem is all of these teams constantly lose points. Us/Juventus/Milan look ahead of everyone. Hard to predict who gets that 4th (or even 5th) spot.

Napoli probably have the best team but look to be in freefall.

Super Coppa was supposed to be a single game vs this shitty Napoli side until they decided to add the fucking Lazio and Fiorentina to it :palm:

But how many times did they score goals that left you rooted to the spot?
