Fantasy is exactly what that is... He hasn't done anything close to that in a while.

I do like Tonali and agree that we should make him a target... but I hope you know that Tonali misplaces a LOT of both long and short passes and it will likely take a few years for him to learn to be more protective of possession.

    Are you having a stroke?

While this is true and sadly hilarious, Tonali also gives the ball up... A LOT, and he gets a lot of love for his 50/50 hoofballs that he sends over the top. If you watch an entire game of his he makes those passes 10 times, and gives it up 9 times to get that 1 highlight reel pass. I think...

Tonali is very far away from being a starter for Inter. Still a lot of mistakes that are based on lack of experience. I'm all for picking him up and loaning for 2 seasons. His feet work damn well and his long passes are still pretty "hit or miss" but he will be a good project moving forward...

My personal preference out of wingbacks is a "steady presence" with strong 2 way play so I really liked what I saw yesterday. He's not world class but he put in a good shift yesterday and had a total of 6 crosses, 3 key passes, and played solidly. Without his early cross (which is something...

I think this is why we see him switch the play up so much and spread the ball out wide. Him and Sensi have done a great job of moving the ball around but I wish our wingbacks were scarier and more troubling to opposing teams so they don't crowd the middle so much. Hopefully we can win a game by...

    Romelu Lukaku

The main complaint I would hear from my Man U friend (besides his touch) was that Lukaku had this knack of floating out wide and leaving the central area. I think we're seeing Conte use his habit of going wide helping create more space for the floating attacker (Lautaro) and combining to allow...

    Stefano Sensi

Played a more combative game in the midfield than usual but still made a lot of key passes. I think with him and Barella in the midfield, Barella tends to carry the ball with him into the zone which leaves Sensi further back. Could have had more than 1 assist if we had a more clinical game out...

Nyall is making some incredibly good points. Whenever we have a player who is a "best player" on our team, we should compare it to the "best player" we had during our banter years because you know... it just makes sense and "Best player" is a very quantitative idea. Sensi misses the net just as...

3 crosses for free headers in the box... not enough Goal scoring chances... not enough Goals scored from shots... not enough He played the pass into Lautaro's feet that LM10 just missed wide... not enough

    Romelu Lukaku

Yeah this is really weird, it's like he wants Lautaro to slice it to him behind both running defenders.

    Stefano Sensi

Yo, I think you should try watching the games. He's put 4 crosses in this season (that I can remember) on the heads of Lukaku and Lautaro right in front of the goal that they haven't converted or that have been saved. I'm not sure he's the player that should be getting picked on after our first...

    Antonio Conte

I'm sorry, while I believe the Milan derby is an incredibly important game and we all want to win it badly, you made huuuugggggeeeee leaps in logic. If both Milan teams totally buy into coaches system and are fully prepared and one team loses, then that team is just absolute shit? :brozo: These...

    Antonio Conte

This is an insanely extreme view... Honestly. Lose a game = Shit Win a game = God As if there aren't 11 players on the field or 38 games in the season that also have a say in the matter of how good a team is.
