Forum Supporter10 years of FIFWith Argentina he isnt half as good....the only way is to impose urself on the whole barca team really. If you let them play their game well players like Messi, who are already great individual players will fully exploit you.

A guy leads by 1 goal, and there is no difference in Arsenals way of play. This was perfect for them, play deffense and go with counters with their superfast wingers.
How wishfull thinking it was, that Wenger is able to teach his team to play deffense.
As for Messi, Arsenal played high deffensive line, it really couldn't be any better situation for him to show his qualities (speed, agility). Great player, no doubt, but Wenger did nothing to stop him (after the goal, LOW DEFFENSIVE LINE FOR FUCK SAKE).
Wenger is idiot.
The game is officialy finished. Wenger now will tell Arsenal to play, like they do against Birmingham, Barca will go for 2, 3 counters, and score another one, or couple more.
Seen Chelsea games last year ?

Seriously this game is reminding me of the time we played them.
1) Barca have all the time in the world to build from the back.
2) The moment Arsenal have the ball they are so quick to give it back because of Barca's defensive pressure.
Seriously how do you combat a team like this????? They are so frustratingly good.
