Inter is luxury-nursing retirement home, in other news, water is wet.
Yep. Like I said, expect Dybala when he is 34. Once we were getting trash from best european clubs, now we are getting romamerda and nazio trash.

i dont really care anymore. It sucks, but as long as Skriniar was not sold i could care less who is the Rano replacement... well, De Vrij also has to perform well.
Good thing is that Acerbi knows Inzaghi and is used to being played in the back 3. I dont think he will be worse than Rano or a player like Kolarov, who was already finished... Its also a loan, so i won't really cry about this.

Fuck Zhang, I bet many scenarios have been screwed and we end up with this, I rather keep Rano.

If it's a genuine loan with an option - not a gentlemen's agreement that we have to exercise - I'm fine with it.

Until next summer, when we exercise it anyway.

Replacing Ranocchia with Acerbi on loan isn’t that bad in and of it itself, but the problem is we needed someone who could replace/challenge De Vrij and Acerbi certainly isn’t it. *sigh*

Don't have one.
We better fuckin get use to these type of deals, and not act surprised. There is always a limited number of quality players that can come here for free or for a laughable amount, and that seems to be our strategy for the foreseeable future. It's a fuckin joke strategy and a dark part of me wants this shit to collapse asap so zhang can be made to make some moves regarding our sale, but for now it is what it is.

Anyone from our management including Zhang who repeats the type of statements we already heard that "we have to be competitive", and "inter should always aim for trophies and the highest goals" deserves a slap on the face, preferably from inzaghi or fans. Those declarations right now are the highest attack on fans intelligence, especially after the mercato some of our biggest rivals had. And not so much for the players we brought so far cos they aren't that bad given the circumstances, it's just for the amount of money we had to spend, despite some significant sales as well.

And yes we can probably still fight for trophies and shit, but inter as a club had one of the smallest mercato budgets of all seria a clubs, and that's so fuckin embarrassing zhang should just be dead silent whenever someone asks him about our goals for this season.

Are you new here? Please, look at our running history of giving multi-year deals to aging, declining players. The issue isn't that Acerbi is horrible RIGHT NOW. The issue is two years from now when we're broke, have sold Skriniar, and don't have the available funds to sign a proper CB because we're paying Acerbi 4M€ net.

He might be, if De Vrij continues his last season's form.

but hay ibra is playing in his 40s it is striker position but still he is playing in 40s this guy can play at top level few more years. while getting unknowns is risky. both team play 4 at back or chelsea sometimes 3 but still inter can get many cb

I genuinely don’t think he’s an upgrade over the Ranocchia we’ve seen the last few seasons. Rano played well last year in one of our most important matches (Napoli). He’s generally been pretty flawless the few times he’s been called on.

It’s really just a shame because it’s so blatantly obvious what our team is lacking and this doesn’t address the issue. In fact it probably exacerbates it. Chalobah on loan makes sense…I guess. Let’s be honest though he probably won’t play much until second half of the season. Then if he plays well we won’t take up the option. We are back to the good old days.

A hard-tackling and physically imposing left-footed defender, with good technique and ball-playing ability on the ground, Acerbi is considered to be one of the best Serie A and Italian defenders in circulation. He often plays as a left–sided centre-back in either a three or four–man back–line, and is known for his defensive consistency, charismatic personality, and leadership as a footballer, as well as his ability to carry the ball out from the back. A tall and physically powerful centre-back, although he lacks significant pace, his strength, reading of the game, and timing allows him to excel in physical duels with his opponents, while his height and heading ability also make him effective in winning aerial challenges, and also allow him to contribute offensively to his team with additional goals

Yeah but Ibra is not actually playing. He more acts as a motivator and a cheerleader these days.

When you are an ex milan player and gifts bbilan the winning goal and then smile about it,. Especially when you do it in a tight title race. Yes then one game is enough to declare you persona no grata for Inter.

That assumes it's actually just an option and not an obligation disguised with a gentleman's agreement.

Not only that game, he’s slow, misjudges ball, wrong positioning every time I watch Lazio. If you guys roast Rano, this guy is even worse now.
