People asking for Cragno after 1 decent game v us, people calling for Musso who conceded 13 in 6 in the champions league alone and has made many mistakes this season and apparently Onana isn't good enough?

Onana is a fantastic signing, he has the quality and the age on his side, his transfer fee suits us to the ground FREE!

I do believe Onana is a better goalkeeper than Cragno and Musso, but he's not worldclass. Good thing is he's still pretty young and has potential to get better. I am sure our defenders will also help him look pretty damn good. He's also free, so that was a no brainer, as there is no great gk available for cheap.

Do you even bother to watch those matches, or just checking the stats?
Musso made amazing saves for Atalanta, especially in CL.

No I watched all Atalanta games and Serie A games, or at least the highlights. Thanks for asking though. You mad about something bro?

If you watched, you should have known that Atalanta's defense is real shit this season, and Musso is not the one to blame for all of those 13 goals. Certainly he has fault for some of them, but when you constantly leaking chances, you cannot expect your goalie to be faultless.

Should use the theory for Handanovic too. I am not saying Musso is a bad GK, I rate Musso, just not as high as some people do and I do not think he is the man to come in after Handanovic, that is simply it.

As for the stats jab, I always look at stats but I watch the games, players too. People use stats when it favours them then turn their nose up at stats when it does not, it's just how football forums work, wording can be better on occasions however brother :)

Onana would dream to be as good as Musso.
Cragno is on a similar level to Onana.

Atalanta plays a very hectic style of football, it's expected that he'd be struggling a bit till he settles there. It's not one of his strong points.

Onana is 100% more talented than Musso, more athletic, better ball player and shot stopper, he's just reckless but he's still growing as a keeper, only 25, meanwhile Musso is entering his prime and hasn't shown a high level yet. I agree though, a keeper is often only as good as his surrounding players. But elite keepers win you games when you should've lost them, Toldo in the Euros being the most palpable example of this. Onana doesn't tick all the boxes but he's a better value for money. Though he does strike me as the type of keeper who needs a strong back up behind him to keep his level high.
