And he was also in a slump before coming to Inter, which is why he gets the props for not being a total flop.

People forgetting lewandowski missed this what, a week 10 days ago?

Every striker misses, jesus.
Ha ha never saw this.

Difference is though this is an anomaly for Lewa, 9 times out of 10 he scores that, his goal scoring record over the years proves this.

For me the most disappointing thing was Kaku getting owned by Chellini again. Chellini is a smart and vastly experienced CB but there's no reason why Kaku can't dominate him physically. Time and time again Chellini was able to intercept a pass coming his way. Also, annoyingly, Kaku keeps scuffing and rushing his shots, he really needs to work on that, employ more technique and composure. Henry was the epitome of this and he was sitting right there on the Belgium bench.

When I compare Lukaku with other top strikers I feel like he fairs better than when I compare Inter to other top teams.

Wha I wanna say I guess is that it's great he is at Inter.

Conte pumped them all up a bit for his own purposes, but it's benign and it can only serve Lukaku well, even if a bit of overconfidance can make him a target for fans and "pundits".

And come one, fuck Donnarruma seriously, he's bithcing in the presence of a Scudetto holder who scored against him a few pretty amazing goals. Who knows what he said.

Lol the trolls come out of the forest to play I see
He's been like that for us aswell. We've been an embarassament in Europe because of Lukaku's inability to score when it matters or making a complete fool of himself with his clumsiness. Sure he can score goals but would you have him in CLUTCH moments as your main man?

Until two years ago Bayern fans used to complain about Lewandowski being invisible in crucial CL games - when he's not hurt.

What the ...?! :ROFLMAO: We've been an embarassament in Europe before Lukaku arrived.

I go so far an say that Lukaku's goals in EL are one reason that Inter is taken serious again in Europe.

True but people here complains about everything.

Messi hasn't been able to win for Argentina in any of the Copa Americas and World Championships, so he is a shit player and a choker as well due to the logic here?

Lukaku is of course a world class striker and his numbers for us and the Belgian national team speaks for themselves.

He is as well a very humble human being with a great presence both in and outside of the pitch. It is just as important when it comes to being succesful as a team. Football is at the end of the day a teamsport.

I don't think he was poor last night, but obviously he didn't set the world ablaze.

Using that as an argument that he's somehow inferior to the best strikers in the world is as silly as suggesting that De Bruyne is a poor midfielder because of his inability to change yesterday's match.

Really? And what happened last season? 0 goals vs Shaktar and a very poor Real Madrid side home and away. Not to mention he blocked a shot that was destined to go in the dying seconds versus Shaktar. We went out of Europe before new years. :cautious:

To be fair he did change the match, Lukaku just missed the sitter.

He's not humble
A humble person doesn't talk shit off the field and the produce one of the worst performances for his team.

He's done this numerous times in the past. Every time he talks big in the presser he fails miserably in the next match

Yeah I don't see where this humble stuff comes from. He's far more arrogant than humble.

There's a reason why he's getting picked on by Italian (social) media after the game. And it's not because he plays for Inter...

I guess he didn't see that shot that was saved by donnaruma. It's ridiculous how well he played given his injured ankle; his team let him down.

I mean sure he's better than immobile but we sure set a bad standard then, missing 2 sitters and getting owned badly by Chielini consistently isn't poor? What's next?

he is playing for inter and zero top teams want him because he is such an awesome player

we have to blame someone for our CL exit, defenders, midfielders or our super attack

chelsea won, we end on 4th, the main difference is attack, so i will blame lautaro and lukaku :poop:

If Lukaku was bad wtf was Immobile then yesterday? Out of all the strikers we’ve seen in this Euros Lukaku has easily been Top 3 alongside Benzema and Schick

If you guys are shitting on Rom like this what about if Kane and Mbappe played for us then after the Euros they had? Hahaha, bunch of clowns as always who wouldn’t know football if it slapped then in the face

When Kaku scores 4 goals in a UCL Semi final game against Real Madrid you won't hear a peep outta me no matter how many bad games he has.

To me arrogance is just confidence misunderstood but you need to back it up not just talk shit.

Difference is out of all the aforementioned Kaku is in his prime years, both physically and his understanding of the game. This should be his tournament and he should be performing in devastating fashion. Ditto Kane. But I suspect Kane is past his physical best due to his numerous injuries.
