Ibra is one of the best to ever play the game and you have to admire him for that, but he's also an insufferable cunt.

Calling himself the "God" of Milano  please... I don't care what anyone says, better to have some degree of humility (yes I know it's theatre).

He's only able to motivate this Milan team because the standard of quality isn't all that high and they have to step up their game or else he'll chew them out. There's a reason why he's never been a good locker-room guy on the better teams he's played for-- he wants the story to be about him always.

I'll eat my fucking hat if Ibra wins another major honor in his career aside from maybe the Coppa Italia.

Just wait to next derby and Lukaku will call himself the Scientist of Milano who debunked God.

Let's also ignore that Lukaku hyped himself as the "king" just because he scored a goal in the dying minutes to seal a victory and not to actually win the game. Just let the kids play and stop pretending it's bigger than it is.

It's a rather meaningless exchange, agreed. Although Zlatan making himself into a deity is a bit more outlandish than Lukaku calling himself a king (which he probably said to sell more football boots for Puma anyway).

I'm not saying it's a big deal, just that Ibra's personality is particularly annoying to me. Every comment section involving Ibra will inevitably be filled with stupid, repackaged Chuck Norris Jokes and quite frankly, I'm over it.

A decade ago Prince boateng said something similar to this. Him being the prince of Milan and not Milito.

We all saw how the two encounters ended.

Take it like men. When you talk the talk, either walk the walk or stfu

What language is "Zlatan" = Golden? That explains it all.

Just let the kids play and stop pretending it's bigger than it is.

I think his family was Bosniac living in Croatia, something that like.
His dad is a Bosnian muslim and his mother a Croatian catholic. They met and lived in Sweden.

At this age, he has 6 goals in 3 matches. What a machine.

(though half of them are penalties?)

I really feel like he can lead this Milan team to some type of bullshit swan song scudetto.

This Milan side winning the league would be a one the worst squads in history to ever achieve such a result. Considering our own incompetence and the fact that Milan seem to fuel themselves off their own bullshit, it wouldn't surprise me though. It'd be like that waking up in a mental asylum with no idea how you got there and no one believing that you're not insane.

I don't believe they have the quality and experience for that, but this no crowds shit helps their young squad tremendously and takes away the experience advance from let's say Inter a big way.

I'm saying with full Meazza, we wouldn't have lost the derby, I'm 101% sure we would have at least equalized in the end. These young kids or generally not that experienced players have so much easier time with empty stadiums.

This Milan side will crumble sooner or later.
They will eventually run into 4th or 5th place.
