It pains me to see how well he's been playing knowing that we cant sign him unless he lowers his salary

Tough match especially playing with Lautaro. Another assist though

He wasn't particularly good tonight, but he's still arguably been our best player since the restart

I feel like Alexis might be mentally done with EPL but when Pep calls that can change your mind. I’m sure United rather sell to us though.

It's not about United selling or not. It's about who pays his salary, will he reduce it at all etc.

We shouldn't go head to head with City, if they can pay bigger part of his current salary.

He should be one of Beppe's priorities. It will be tough though.
I'm not following United, I wonder if they change the manager whether the management will take Alexis's recent performances as a sign to take him back and reintegrate him. Or if they definitely burned that bridge for sure.

OGS is staying and he's not going back, that's for certain.

It is about United selling. They still have Alexis under contract so they ultimately decide where he goes. I’m sure they want his wages off their books badly and perhaps Alexis would prefer City to Inter but I’m sure United would rather not play him twice a year in the league. Plus if he keeps his current form he could actually make City’s squad stronger which just puts United that much further behind.

Yeah, I dont think we will sell him to PL team, it's Inter or some other league.

sanchez has had a torrid few years in England. Cant imagine him wanting to go back - probably even arguably didnt reaslly settle that much in Barca - it'd be foolish from his side to disrupt that now. The only challenge on that is, in his shoes, I'd take the £25mil and have a great fucking life for ever, rather than £12-16m at Inter. Myself.

Honestly Pep's calling will be the best for both City and MU. Pep really needs experienced player with strong mentality because the current City consist of circuls players who run haplessly when the chips are down. MU are publicly desperate to release him from their payroll and City can easily afford Sanchez's tremendous wage with their oil money.

And, as much as we need him, we must not repeat MU's mistake by destroying their entire wage structure for one player, let alone for the aging player who heavily relies on speed. We see how MU are still reeling from his wage and we also just encountered the same situation with Nainggolan. I would rather reluctantly pass the chance to sign him and looking for another player on market unless Alexis is still hungry to play in the top level and chooses to cut down his wage significantly.

Talented players like Sanchez are rare and as you we have seen he is not finished and won’t be soon.

I thought you said he was finished :D

Make that Manchester. He was pretty happy with life in London.

Fuck City. 1 Week ago they had big problems with FFP, now like magic, they can do what ever they want and are going on every player that cost at last 70M. Fuck this club, i hate them so much

They won their appeal at the TAS/CAS. I've repeated it to death but CAS is a corrupt organization. They upheld PSG's appeal when UEFA tried to punish them. They upheld Milan's appeal to be let back into the Europa League. And now, despite terabytes of evidence, leaked emails and corporate information which incriminate Man City like a daylight robbery, they uphold Man City's appeal. Fuck Man City, fuck UEFA and fuck CAS.
