I know you guys think I am a Argie hater but is Pastore anywhere near as good as when he was in Palermo?

I don’t know I just see PSG and Monaco like a Porto and Benfica. Two incredible teams in mediocre leagues where they have 98-% of the money.

Would also be a bit more interested if he were a little younger

I agree, the talent is there but him going to PSG means he has been playing at a lower level for such a long time. Its a risk worth taking though as the current players are not playing well and if he does bad he will go back.

I disagree. In recent years we've seen plenty of players that came from Lique 1 that are killing it in other leagues. Also, let's be real, maybe the league is not as good (although we should not forget that they play some solid teams as well, Monaco being the prime example of it), but PSG has consistently played in UCL, which compensates for a weaker league, maybe not fully but definitely to a large extent. I wouldn't be worried.

Yes but the league is not as good as the top 4, had he went to one of them he would have been a better player or at least played at a higher level. Also he hasn't made that big of an impact at PSG over the years that other teams wanted him or that he is a starter now. To me like i said the talent is there but with PSG and Argentina he never took that next step to being a world class player.

I never said that players from there don't do well, but i remember a time when promising / young players that were playing in that league wanted to leave to a better one or a better team elsewhere.

When Monaco started dropping crazy money with PSG it killed their Juve(Lyon). That to me killed their league

It’s a feeder league now just like Brazil or Argentina. You are over 21 and French and play their you aren’t that good except for Ferik who we were linked to a while back kid is totally money

Almost the end of January, and management still hasn't given Spalletti the pure DMC he asked for when K-dog went to Valencia...

We're among the teams that have conceded the least in all of Europe, what do we need a DMF for??

So have someone to put in and secure a result, rather than concede late equalizers?

I agree it seems like a strange request, but Spalletti definitely said it after we sold K-dog and I feel like he's alluded to it in some of his more recent interviews.

Are we in the business of collecting defensive midfield players? We already have Gagliardini, Vecino and Valero as defensive midfielders why the fuck would we want another one? Perhaps, rather than asking for another piece of shit defensive midfielder that does fuck all, Spalletti should work on the psychology of the Cunts he already has with a view to getting them to run out a full 90 minutes.

Lyon collapsed way before PSG and Monaco started dropping crazy money. They just found a wall when they completed their stadium change so it's much harder for them to be as competitive now.

There is some truth in this but 21 is very young to judge a player. If you are in mid 20s and playing for mid table in French league then it's a risky transfer.

There are players like Fabinho, Lemar who are good enough even though they fall outside your criteria.

GdS: Inter offering 3-4mil for a Pastore loan and 25 mil for a option to buy(probably mandatory if we reach CL)
Not only the Argie player tho on our radar

Spalletti wants another defensive minded midfielder...
After Suning said no to Ramires we have names like: Lobotka*del Celta Vigo,*Thomas*dell'Atletico Madrid,*Bissouma*del Lille,*Cyprien*del Nizza, William*Carvalho*dello Sporting Lisbona, Fabian*Ruiz*del Betis e Manuel*Fernandes*della Lokomotiv Mosca.

For attack
We have a total agreement with Lpool for Sturridge but with Eder refusing to leave...shit is blocked

I like most of the names GdS mention for our midfield. Especially Cyprien. But i think only Fabian Ruiz could be slightly realistic if the rumours of Inter willing to pay his release clause in the summer are true. All the others would be way too expensive.

This Lobotka's agent says that getting him on loan is impossible, after admitting we made inquiries ...he has a 35mil buy out clause but Celta could negotiate for less...he also said that he could very well play for Barca and he is similar to Nainggolan.

mhm...ok

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Paris Saint-Germain trequartista Javier Pastore remains the club’s number one target, and is indeed Spalletti’s preferred choice too. Reports suggest Suning are now ready to invest and are prepared to offer €3-4 million to bring him to Milan on loan until the end of the season, when the club will have the option to buy him for a further €25 million.

---

According to Corriere dello Sport, Inter are yet to take any decisive steps towards signing Javier Pastore from Paris Saint-Germain this month. However, that said, his agent Marcelo Simonian was in Paris and has discussed the possibility of his client leaving the French club.

Nerazzurri directors Walter Sabatini and Piero Ausilio intend to sign the former Palermo trequartista on loan with an option to buy, and are prepared to sacrifice several players in order to do so.

Young striker Andrea Pinamonti could be sold to Sassuolo or Cagliari, while several foreign sides are also interested in securing his services. On the other hand, Ausilio has already excluded the possibility of Éder or Marcelo Brozović being sold this month.

Meanwhile, coach Luciano Spalletti has indicated that he would like Inter to sign another midfielder before Wednesday’s deadline, with Real Betis star Fabián Ruiz very much the name in vogue just now. However, it seems more likely that he will arrive in the summer.

---

I`m OK with letting Pinamonti go as long as we insert a buy-back clause valid for at least 2 years. It`s not like he`s going to get any playing time here.

I hope the DM will be Lucas Torreira [21] or Nicolò Barella [20]. Sampdoria midfielder has a €25m release clause! Never watched Fabián Ruiz but I read his release clause is €15m.

CdS is a trash sauce this days...well they always were trash tbh.A lot of fake news there

GdS improved since Cairo(Toro president) is the main shareholder and not Rube land Agnelli anymore

Sky tries to be credible as is Pedulla at SportItalia

Thomas from Atletico is awesome. No way will Simeone let him go.

If we let Pinamonti go, we need to be careful to where. We already gave Miangue to Cagliari and I don't think he plays much. Also, they are fighting for relegation, no way they play Pinamonti this year. Sassuolo are typically good with young players but they are also fighting relegation at this point. Might not be a good decision.

I prefer Torreira over all those DMFs we've been linked with.

If we get another superstar CB then Skriniar could possibly play at DM until Miranda decides to quit. I've seen him for national team and he is pretty bad ass as a DM tooo!!!
