It'd be amazing if Xherdan played at least one half against Bayern

I m just really afraid that we end up selling him and missing out on both salah and perisic and then we end up panic buying some mediocre player. Anyway if we sell him lets do it as fast as possible wolfsburg is not gonna sell perisic with out having a replacement lined up so we better sell him in the next 2 weeks or just forget about it and keep him.

Worst case scenario, we lose Shaqiri, fail to purchase Perisic and Salah.

And then we fail to sell Schelotto, so we will be playing:

Palacio------Icardi-----Schelotto (Biabiany)

All is not lost really, it's worth a gamble.

I disagree, worst case scenario is that Icardi gets a cruciate ligament injury and Roberto Mancini enters the frame as a player coach.

Palacio------Mancini-------Schelotto (Biabiany)

PMS frontline. Scudetto 2016.

No worries about that. Mancini is our coach, not Mazzari.

Now, I know this sounds crazy... But why don't we just take him off the chopping block, and try to get more out of him this season? Crazy, right?!?!?

Maybe he is gonna stay, and all the rumors have been way overblown. Last week, his departure seemed imminent. Reminds me of kovacic about a month ago.

Im very curious about this situation. I hope the truth comes out one day. Nothing seems to make sense in this whole situation.

Imho sky is bullshitting no way the deal is that close to be finalized we would not have taken him to china if we expect to sell him within the next couple of days.

Yes but regarding Kovacic, a key difference was that when questioned about the player, Mancini said things like "he's a very important player to our future plans" and "we hope Icardi, Kovacic, Handanovic will all stay". Take that as you will, but there's a huge difference between saying that and saying things like "Shaqiri and Santon would do well in the premier league" and "we can only have 25 players so some will be sold".

Just to add, Stoke's coach said that a transfer fee had been agreed with Inter but Shaqiri turned it down. Shouldn't be any doubt that we are looking to sell him.

Mancini: "Shaqiri is here, has a little problem and I do not know if it will be ready. If he does not play it will be available for the Real"

Heldt: "Farfan Al-Jazira, there is the agreement". Now Shaqiri?
Horst Heldt announced the German magazine Kicker reaching an agreement with the Al-Jazeera for the sale of Peruvian Jefferson Farfan: "There is already an agreement in principle," said general director of Schalke 04, stating that all will However ratified only to overcome the medical examinations. The sale of Farfan could get the money to turn to Inter to take Xherdan Shaqiri, for which in Gelsenkirchen expects only time the white smoke.

Sky - Shaqiri, Inter has accepted 14m Schalke offer > Schalke winger Jefferson Farfan agrees deal with UAE club Al-Jazira

Schalke have confirmed that they have agreed a deal to sell Peruvian attacker Jefferson Farfan to Al-Jazira in the United Arab Emirates.

Sources had told ESPN FC that Farfan, 30, was set to move to Abu Dhabi on a three-year deal.

Schalke sporting director Horst Heldt has now confirmed that the German club have settled on a transfer fee.

"Schalke and Al-Jazira have reached an agreement in principle," Heldt told kicker.

Farfan has been at Schalke since 2008 and his contract is due to expire next June.

The former PSV player could earn over €10 million per year if he moves to Abu Dhabi according to kicker, while Schalke would receive just under €10m should the sale go through.
