Frisko's retirement

Hi guys, I'm sad to say that I'm going to "retire" from the forums. When I joined in 2004 I was adapting to life in England after living near Milan for 22 years. The lack of "football banter" about Inter was really depressing, and I found an oasis on these forums, where I could chat to my nerazzurri brothers, exchange opinions and ideas and so on.

I got to know and even met some great people. With life moving on, getting married, work becoming more involving and so on, I struggled to post and eventually I ended up just maintaining a few threads (mostly stats).

As I've lost access to the Gazzetta dello Sport, I think it's time for me to say bye - I wasn't too happy with the fact that I was always late with updating the threads anyway.

I'm aware this sounds a bit dramatic - it's not like I'm some VIP or I'm dying or anything. If anyone wants to take over my threads, mods please allow them to do so.

I will always check in, and post a "vaffanculo jube" every now and then.

Just so you know Frisko, your Gazzetta work is absolutely fucking amazing.

But your posts, your anti-Juve rants, your passion, are what defines you. Losing access to Gazzetta shouldn't mean Forza Inter losing one of its best senior members. Fuck retirement, stay!!!

You can retire but you cant leave us, just like Zanetti... No matter how busy you'll get in the future you'll always have the opportunity to check us around from time to time. So, I will not say "goodbye" but "see you later"!

It will be sad to see you go but frankly speaking, retirement is the best decision for you since stated that you're 'getting married' , your wife needs you and soon you will have kids of your own and they will need you badly for their growth. Thanks for everything though. A kiss for your senorita for me.
