That was not fun...

Sometimes screamers go in and you can't do anything about it. But Mazzarri's playing two DMs, who should've been closing down that zone. Instead they're caught wildly out of position throughout the game, with Medel deciding to have a jab at being a trequartista. Someone posted a picture showing four of our players surrounding two Viola players on the wing, with acres of space in the middle. What the hell are they working on training?

I've noticed whenever there's a problem at either end, Mazzarri's solution is to throw more bodies in the zone. Poor defence? Stick another DM in front of defence. Static attack? Throw in another body to hit long balls to. It's shocking that he can't see that our shape, both defensively and offensively, continues to be a major issue. We are way too easily dragged out of position when we don't have the ball. I thought WM had at least made us defensively stable last season, but I think it just came down to playing Rolando instead of Ranocchia. And for our attack, nothing really needs to be said.

And in case you thought the first two goals were flukes, a nominal center-back galloping through our defence to make it 3-0 says it all.

The most worrying thing is that our players continued ambling along the pitch after 2-0 down. There was no reaction, no change in tactics, no change in tempo or attitude. It says a lot about Mazzarri's ability as a coach. We continue to be very poor when trailing. Mazzarri's had a whole year and three transfer windows to rectify this, and yet we still see the same dross over and over again.

PLS ban me cause i ll start saying very bad things about WM.

I honestly expected us to win but I'm not at all surprised that we lost.. Mazzari shouldn't have been given a season two but our Presidente gave him two more.. Our signings were lackluster and our football gas been atrocious.. We were only winning because we were literally playing the shittiest of the shit teams.

Mazzari needed to be sacked in January, but it's October, he's still here and we're still shit. How the fuck any of you are surprised is beyond me... Like weren't the signs there or were you all blinded by the fact we beat an Icelandic team 6-0? Mazzaris Inter will never be a winner.

Ah, our stubborn coach. Week after week, game after game the same shit tactics that work against small defensive teams, but once we play against an offensive team, our tactics are simply shit. No forward play except long balls. Who don't get reached at all. 3 men defense just don't work with a strong midfield and Great working wingbacks, which we both don't have. Everyone knows it, realizes it, except this clown. Go away Mazzarri.

This is really pathetic by our team...... I expected a win but the attitude of some of the players shows they don't care.

Not surprised in the slightest by the scoreline

Was completely off my face when i stumbled home at 4 am n passed out so I'm overjoyed at missing this game.
From what I've read it was a disgrace, but i am not surprised, there is no structure and despite how early it is in the year, it would take a miracle to turn this season around, a miracle that needs to start with the dismissal of our manager.

I have a simple question: forget tactics, etc. Why do our players look so damn tired? Every five mins we seem to be cramping, our tempo is super low, we hardly press aginst a team that played midweek just like we did?

Link up play, poor crosses etc I can blame on other things, but why are we so damn tired smack in the beginning of the season?
