Why? It's not like he cost a whole lot and his wages aren't high. He's not pushing 30 and can provide cover for Maicon. Who knows, he might even suprise us this season. Let's see him play a few games.

I know he's not the midfielder that we want so bad but I'd say Maicon has about 1-2 more years as 1st choice at best, we have a replacement standing by other than Zanetti.
