Now I really have to wonder if you even watched Chelsea games, or Mourinho games to be exact.
23 men squad = 10 men formation with two equal positioned player that can always be rotated/swapped + three keepers. Reason why sinking some 30m kid on the bench was justifiable.
433 + 422 able squad = 4 wingers that can be rotated on 433 + 5 CM/DM that can be rotated on 442. 9 men on midfield alone, and squad just has to get bigger.
Or, we can again have our incomplete 433 that has to be ditched on the moment our winger failes AND 4312 with no playmaker. Hey, that shrunk down squad a lot!
Now I realy wonder if u really watched mourinho's games.In his first season he had 3 wingers i.e. duff,robben,j.cole and robben who as u know injured most of the time.The 433 worked perfectly with the small amount of wingers they had.
At chelsea their squad numbers was perfect but i guess they dont have our transfer wizards branca and oriali who cant get rid of the useless players we have.
In our team we have 2 wingers + Arnautovic coming and baloteli who is a wing forward. so 4 in total. (excluding the possible arrival of cassano)
Inter 2009 :
In defence we have maicon,lucio,chivu,samuel,cordoba,matrix,santon,zanetti.
Defenders total of 8 that can be rotated.
In midfield we have Stankovic,cambiasso,motta,muntari,Hleb?, so 5 players for a 433 is alright and we also have Krhin and Obi to rotate.
Our midfield is not adequate enough but now we have 46m and its at the discretion of Moratti if he wants to buy a playmaker or attacking midfielder but no since he thinks mourinho is harry poter just like u do.
So we have 5 midfielders plus 2, total of 7 midfielders.
Moreover .we have 3 wingers (Arnautovic) at our disposal.
In attack we have eto'o,milito,as central strikers and baloteli as wing forward.
8+7+6=21 So its 21 players and u need to take into account that 2 are youngsters. So if u take them out and add 1 more midfielder that we are looking for,this will make it 20 + 3 GKs.
So its 23 players plus youngsters that will make it around 25 total.
If branca and oriali have the balls and the negotiation skills to find teams for our useless players our squad will be perfect in terms of numbers and if we add this 1 midfielder to our squad will be able to play both 4312 and 433 equally well.
Im very sure that u will find something to disagree but thats my opinion and I think its based on facts.
