Hello!

For next season, this site along with forum will be working very hard to get a match-report for each game. This is where YOU come in. Are you a talented writer who are good at analysing games and be able to tell in details of games to those who hasn´t seen the game?

Then I suggest that you sign up for the Match-Report staff that Forza-Inter.com will arrange. The match-reports will be published at the Website but will also be posted at the forum. Your match-report will be read by hundreds of people.

If you are interested, then tell your interest in this topic.

I'd love to do match reports.

The only problem is that I live in the UK so I can't watch every match. They show several Serie A matches on British Eurosport, all the ones that start at 8.30 on Sundays, plus usually one of the Sunday afternoon games. Obviously they're not always Inter games...

If I could be a part-time reporter it would be great though...

You can put me down again for this season Jimmy. I'd be happy to do it again as i will have RAI International for the upcoming season.

Jimmy i think i can do a job. I watch all Inter matches, but the thing is i might be in work at a particular time and therefore will have to write it later after watching the match recorded.
But you can count me in.

So thus far we have a staff of:

Frisko
Gismo
Nerazzurri
The_Egyptian_Interista
Stefan
Marco The Butcher

How about the old staff? Handoyo? Ronald?

Then we will most likely have Eddy Lio who write seperately from the rest of us as well. So TWO match-reports for each gam is the goal. Which website can top that?

We will create a special Usergroup for the match-report staff, and send out mails before every game. Then you sign in your interest for the special match, and we will decide who will get to write.

For the people who has thus far signed up, you can respond to these questions that will be in the Staff section.

Name:
Born:
Country:
Favourite Inter player:
Became an Inter fan:

If you do not wish to reveal any personal stuff, then don´t worry about it. :)

Okay people. Continue to sign up. The more the merrier. :)

Jimmy, i'd like to make a match report of the games that i actually watch. They don't show every Inter game here but they show a fair amount since i have both RAI International and another station called Gol TV. I get around 2-3 Calcio games a week, not including the one they show on tape delay a day or two after.

So if you want me then i am more then available to help.

Instead of just match reports, we could run a Game column whereby posters on FI can contribute their thoughts, and their own match reports too if they feel like it. In this sense, each match will have many different views of the game, as well as different match reports. Ultimately, this will give the viewer a greater variery of views with which to look at the match at, without actually having to watch it on TV. :)

Ciao,
Tim

Well, my plan was already to accomodate both. For example, Inter VS Lazio could have several links on the page, leading to either match reports on match comments by various people.

Inter VS Lazio (20 giornata)

Match Report by Jimmy
Match Report by Gismo
Match Report by Handoyo

Match Comments by Xavi
Match Comments by Stefan
Match Comments by Tommi
Match Comments by Ronald

Something like that. :)

Ciao,
Tim

Comments could focus on just one incident or could bring out a point that others didn't see or pay attention too. I think it's a great idea, definately gives the people who didn't watch the game a variety of thoughts and a more vivid picture of how the game really went.

Report - A detailed writeup of the going-ons of the entirety of the game. This would be the articles to read if you were unfortunate enough to be unable to watch the game for some particular reason.

Comment - It could be a paragraph or 2, or maybe even more. These are just comments similiar to posts in the match forum. Like Patrick has mentioned, the Comments section would allow posters/writers to leave their mark if they do not have the time nor resources to write a detailed match report.

Ciao,
Tim

Okay, but technically, how would this be done? The match-reports will go up on the Only Inter server. But the comments then?

Since they would only be HTML files made up of mostly text, each match report/comment would only be a few kb in size. We could upload all comments and reports into one shared directory for that partiular game.

So we get the match-report on this server as well, then? I don´t have a problem with that at all, although I will of course upload it at Only Inter too.

But in that case, I´d like that someone else of you take charge of uploading and adding the stuff on this server.
