Whom do you miss most?

I performed an introspective act and noticed an intriguing thing. I don't really miss any players. Once they leave Inter, I kind of stop caring - I don't love and I don't hate. Frankly, I didn't know this about myself. I could list some of my favourite players down the road, but I would be lying if I said I actually missed them.

To think of it, I used to be a huge, huge Vieri fan from 1999 to 2005. Him leaving surprisingly enough meant nothing to me and him joining Milan didn't move me in any way.

edit2. Philosophy of mind and cognition science is my area of research. I can tell you that we are more than capable of fooling ourselves by construing things like this. If I'd say "I miss Bobo Vieri", I wouldn't really talk about how I feel but about how I suppose I feel and how it would (in some way) make sense to feel. People saying such things isn't necessarily accompanied by any actual emotion. I'm not saying you have to be the same in this case, but it's possible.

What the fuck does this have to do with anything? What in the God's holy name am I blathering about?

There's many individuals that I miss more, but I think the spine fully snapped when Thiago Motta left the team. That seemed to spark Inter's free fall into mediocrity, we still haven't been able to transition into attack consistently since we sold Motta.

I got so used to seeing him on the pitch, that even now when I watch Inter it seems like something is missing.

Overall though, I love Inter for too long to really miss any player too much. I have liked players because they play for Inter, it doesn't work the other way round.
