So for me not sense to redeem Cristiano Biraghi and Valentino Lazaro since they are not much better than Сandreva and Dimarco, do we need reinforcement for this position? obviously yes.
Central defenders, playing with seventeen-year-old centerbacks is at least not serious, so here we need reinforcement too.
Midfields, need at least 1 player witch can replace retiring Borja Valero.
Forwards, need one big man which could replace Lukaku if necessary.

Stefan Savic, Layvin Kurzawa, Thomas Meunier, Christian Eriksen, Viktor Kovalenko.

We do need guys to bench Candreva and D’Amb but they kill all their replacements so why keep burning the money

I would spend the rest of the money not on a 3rd player but campaigning for better Var in Italy. The way Juve is helped is getting out of fking control by the refs
