Having insomnia, yet again. I don't understand, I slept at 05:00 last night, woke up at 08:00 for work and now it's 01:00 but I can't sleep again. :stress: It'd be good if insomnia can cause me to wake up easily too but it's just Goddamn hard to wake up in the morning.

Waking up in the morning is one of things that I hate the most. If I don't sleep atleast 10 hours (specially after playing a football game), then there's nothing that can wake me up.

When I have something really important to do in the next morning, I make sure that there are 3-4 alarms in my room. I also tell my friends to keep calling me if I don't call them in 10 minutes to tell them that I woke up.

Hehe.My fellow insomniac.I completely understand your sentiments. Well i can afford to doze off in the morning these days but the nights are :yuck:. I know kindof my reasons for it. I am working away from my home. And i know that is the reason for it.When i am at home i sleep like a fucker.

For me it comes in phases and right now its in insomniac phase.And i hope it passes away.:yuck:Hope for you too.

I tire myself with work all day... so all I need is a few 30ml/60ml to sleep peacefully. Best part is now I know how much ever I drink, I never have a hangover.

Sometimes I feel if I dont for a week or so, then the headache starts...:yuck:

haha ur like me with the hangover thing then My bf hates it if we both get as drunk as each other, he wakes up feeling sick and headache, i get up as if the night before had never happened

but it never seems to make me sleep, with the exception of Sambuca - all the sugar screws me over... Apart from this alcohol can keep me awake for days on end

It has to be a record. I thought people in cold places like Canada and Scandinavia get the flu more. Since the first day in year 2008, I've been having this annoying thing every two months. The last time I had it was in the Euros, when Italy faced Holland.

You mean cold or flu? Flu is more serious and you rarely get it more than once a year.

About Canada, actually they vaccinate people yearly against the flu and it's known that the flu virus doesn't survive too well in cold places.

Eat alot of oranges, drink alot of water and wash your hands all the time, that should help!
