Someone by the age of 20 approx., so maybe 3 times more in terms of mins?
at Inter

Another one at the age of 18 at Inter:

Caboni is 17, and our current team isn't so strong that we can easily let 1 or 2 young kids play among them and still win, so it is also harder to intergrade, but to be fair Simone is playing and developing youngster a lot more than most of our coaches we had in the past.

I personally hope he can get 300-500 mins in Serie A and CL combined this or next year, and the year after close to 1000 mins, if we are serious about developing this kid. Obviously everything is according to performance and developing progress, but it would be more realistic expecting Bellanova or Asllani having 800+ mins in total play time, which is more than Gag's last year, then hopefully around 1100-1300mins next year.

Also sometimes keep playing a player doesn't mean he will develop, take Kovačić for example, when he was with us compare to Broz.

It has already happened but the club simply uses it as an opportunity to stack the bench with old players.

Visit Inter.it and check the results of the matches we have played to date. If you look at the named substitutes for each game you will not find young players on the bench. Failure to name young players, even on the bench, let alone giving them playing time, is a blight on the club, especially when our financial struggles are so well known.

This guy deserves to start or sub in some game, with Lukaku and Correa and Dzeko cannot play every game.
I watched a few la liga and PL games, I am seeing youngsters starting and played well, they will make mistakes, but let them hustle, cause they will make up for it.
I mean when a youngster makes a mistake they learn from it, but when a almost retiring dude makes a mistake? Why would they give a fuck? Also youngsters can be molded into the style of playing that suits the coach tactics easier, so play this guy.

Italians need to change their mentality in this regard instead of moaning about the state of their football and their league being a retirement house. There is zero excuse to not play someone like Carboni instead of shitbags who do little to nothing in the pitch.

Making a big deal out of youngsters making mistakes is a poor excuse for not playing them. Our older and the so called star players make mistakes left and right and still play regularly every single week. Playing someone like Gagliardini for 120 minutes against a Serie B side but not giving any minutes to someone like Carboni is 101 italian mentality. This shit needs to change.

It would be hard for anyone to do worse than that cunt.

Just show up and they are already doing better.

I hear his brother is also promising. But not as much. Could be a backup left wing back if we return to banter era

The guy doesn't even start for Cagliari in Serie B.

He has to compete for the left back spot with Antonio Barreca who if you remember was supposed to be one of Italy's best left backs by now.
Cagliari sucks but they have experienced players that stuck around to get them promoted so I doubt it's easy to displace a veteran even if a kid is performing better. Especially when results aren't going your way.

And I wasn't saying he'll be backup here within 6-18 months, but if he's as promising as they say he might end up in the roster here within 4-5 seasons.

Exactly. Supposed to be. Instead he went to Monaco, he flopped hard and then his value dropped so badly he was even rejected by Greek teams.

These guys hold a special status in Serie B
Not easy for the new kid on the block to displace them.
