Then you see what Bayern got and they can win all 8 of their games lol
That's not how it works. All 36 teams play in the same league with different fixtures. Each team plays 8 games and at the end 24 teams will advance to the knockout stage based on their points. So, only the first 2 will go directly to the next round?
9-241-8 directly to r16
9-16 knock off 1v1 to see which 8 make up the r16 round
17-32 go out
It's fairly generous in some ways, some of our recent years we would have had the second shot at making knock out
So, even if we lose to City and Arsenal for instance, but win everything else, we'll have a good chance to be amongst the first teams, especially if some of the other favorites fuck up somewhere.1-8 directly to r16

This is awesome group. In every possible way. We must go for top 8.Nah, the grouping is not that bad.
Depends a lot on timing of games.
Manchester City away
Leipzig at home
Arsenal at home
Leverkusen away (they're Pot 2 despite being champions... didn't see that part)
Red Star at home
Young Boys away
Monaco at home
Sparta Prague away
You need ~12 points to reach the top 24 and probably something close to 19-20 points to secure a top 8 spot.
Win all home games (4x3), win at least the two "easy" games away and get 1 point vs Leverkusen or City and you're most likely a top 8 squad.
Saturday.Do we know when the schedule is out? I'd rather we play Arsenal and City last
