Gagliardini man.. he knows which pass to make, but he lacks both the technique and the conviction in himself to get it done.

Every time he plays there'll be moments like just now where a teammate makes a good run and he needs to thread the ball through a small gap. That kind of pass needs to be hit crisp with a decent amount of power to beat the defender. He sees the pass and goes for it but he always hits it too timidly.
