I am going to answer your first question for now, as I am not entirely sure about the second and third point.

I am going to quote from inter.it.

Yes, you cannot activate it online, you have to go to specific offices/stores, with the following options:

1) At the Inter offices in San Siro, close to "ingresso 14". Those offices are open from Monday to Friday, in the morning from 9.30 to 13.00 and in the afternoon from 14.15 to 17.45;

2) In one of the selected "vivaticket" points, the ones listed here (there are four in milano):

https://www.inter.it/it/servizi_abbonamenti/punti-vendita-attivazione-tessera

3) at the INTER STORE in Galleria Passarella 2, open from Thursday to Saturday from 10:30 to 19.00;

4) At San Siro but only the day of the match, at the ATTIVAZIONE desks in BIGLIETTERIA NORD and also in BIGLIETTERIA SUD

Yes, I’m aware of that policy - the latter questions are the ones I can’t find anything from the web. I sent a message to Inter, hopefully they’ll reply soon. And there’s the phone call option but do you know if they have any (basic) English skills?

Thanks anyway, firmino!

i have called Inter customer care.

regarding point 2: different policies may be applied for some matches, however the rule is: until you activate the "siamo noi" card you won't be able to use it to buy tickets with right of pre-emption (which is one of the functions of the card), so you will only be able to buy your ticket(s) when the sale is open to everyone.

of course, the derby won't be the exception.

regarding point 3: yes, you can buy up to two tickets, one for yourself and the other one for another person.

there is no dedicated number for english speaking fans, however they told me that in case someone calls who doesn't speak Italian, they will transfer the call to the operator who speaks english best among them (that's pretty much what i have been told, almost word by word).

they are working on making the site as thorough as possible.

Can’t believe I still can’t buy tickets to the Fiorentina match. It’s only like 3 weeks away. Website won’t let me buy them

Yeah Serie A takes a while to confirm dates and its such a headache when you want to plan a short stay.

I placed a deposit for the Barca tickets at my local Inter club can't wait to go and see us kick their ass! Will be getting my Siamo noi card also to avoid the middle man at the Inter Club :D.

Just to be clear it says people residing in TOSCANA are required to present a supporters card of any team. Do I need a supporters card?

I was in Milano last year for the match against Torino and although they were saying all over the place that there are no tickets available (30mins before the match), I just went to the BIGLIETTERIA NORD and I bought a ticket for 30euros in the CURVA NORD, so just try! This doesnt apply for the derbies!

Got it. I thought Toscana was Tuscany but when I typed it in google translate it didn't recognize the word. Probably because it's a name and not just a word.

Would you guys recommend buying a ticket as close to the pitch as possible? Or should I try to be up a section in the lower bowl. I see the executives sit at that level so I'm thinking that might be better. Also, is there a difference between the red zone and yellow zone?

Sorry If I'm asking noob questions. This will only be my 2nd time out of the country, let alone my first time in italy and first inter game.

I don't know if this has been answered somewhere else, but;

Away tickets for CHL? - Are those impossible to get without a Siamo Noi Card, meaning they won't go on general sale? I'd love an away 'experience', but I don't want to sit in a section where I actively have to not root for my team in order to not get stabbed by some Johnny Londoncunt.

Anyone has any experience with this? Other options?

the siamonoi card is basically only for pre-emption rights. in some cases, it might be necessary if a match is considered dangerous, but only in italy and for italian competitions. so there is no way that not having it will prevent you from watching tottenham-Inter at wembley.

I bought my tickets for the Fiorentina game to the middle of "secondo arrancio" sector, so the upper orange one, so both the pitch and the ultra sector shall be properly visible :)

Is it safe to book a trip for the opening match of the second half of the season? The only time I have free from university would be during the Inter-Sassuolo game on matchday 20. I'm planning a trip to Milano just for the match, am I safe or is there a chance for the schedule to change?

I believe matchdays are confirmed through the 16th matchday. I doubt it’s even on sale yet.

I pretty much had those exact seats last time I went. They were perfect.

Yeah but I wanted to book the plane tickets early because it's cheaper. So, what do I do at this point?

If you can only be there for one day the risk might be too great. I originally planned to see Inter vs Fiorentina on the 26th as I arrive in Milan on the 25th. Well guess what, two days ago they changed the fixture to the 25th, so luckily I will still be there. However otherwise I might have been fucked as AirBnbs are already booked in Florence.

This change took place on a few weeks out from the match. So I would just say be careful
